Changeover day
Our changeover days are flexible due to different flight offers, but we do try to maintain continuity. Please check our calender for dates. Check out time is 10.30 am to allow cleaning for new clients.

| Living Rooms: | Large living/dining area leading through to patio doors onto balcony. Comprises of dining table with 4 chairs, three seater sofa which converts into large comfortable double bed, 2 armchairs, Fan, TV (ITV1, BBC, SKY Sports etc.) DVD and CD player/radio. |
| Other: | Our balcony has a patio table with 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers, as well as pool and sea views it also has the added advantage of a great view of Mount Teide. |

Outside
Superb heated pool with adjacent childrens pool. Large sunbathing areas with tropical settings, there is a small charge to hire sun loungers, mattresses, and parasols. There is also a poolside bar/restaurant for drinks and good food. The complex also has a small supermarket, bank, internet cafe, amusements and various other shops. Close by there is a tourist information centre, (English speaking)
Coast/Beach
Parque Santiago 2 is right next to the beach and promenade which links up Playa De Las Americas to Los Cristianos. Good surfing areas, tennis courts, mini golf and children's play areas along with a good selection of bars and restuarants.
Travel
The complex is 15-20 minutes taxi ride from airport TFS the fare should be between 20 and 25 euros. There is a bus service into Las Americas from the airport if required.
Further details
There are lots of trips available: La Gomera is an excellent day out, you can see part of the island from our balcony on a clear day. In Las Americas we have 2 water parks: 1. Aqua Park with daily dolphin shows. 2. Sian Park (new)
Loro Parque in Puerto De La Cruz. La De Aguilas (animal attractions and falconry display not to be missed) Golf courses 20 min walk. Diving centres. Boat trips (whales and dolphins). Fishing. Santa Cruz the capital
Booking notes
The apartment will be reserved for you on receipt of £50/week deposit,with the balance payable 4 weeks before departure. A refundable deposit of £100 is also required to cover any breakages or damage. Clients send a separate cheque for £100 when paying the final balance. This remains uncashed and is returned to Clients once the keys have been returned and the apartment inspected.
