Changeover day
Access to the villa on your arrival day is from 14:00hrs & you must vacate your villa at 10:00hrs on your day of departure (unless a prior agreement has been made via the owners or Property Manager).

Villa Tranquila is a beautiful large private villa ideal for families or friends who wish to share but also like their privacy. It comfortably sleeps 11 plus cots. children and adults are catered for, with a selection of books, games for all, DVDs, Sky package, plus American pool table outside. A hairdryer is included for your convenience. Internet access is available at a nominal fee. Private electrically heated pool (salt chloronated) size 3.1 x 7 metres with depths of 1.2 to 1.6 metres at deep end. Large outside seating and table with shade, Jacuzzi, American pool table, sunloungers and patio table/chairs. A traditional chimney BBQ (great for those alfresco evening with a glass of wine) & outdoor fridge.
Coast/Beach
Beaches - Puerto Del Carmen 10 mins drive - long stretches of white sandy beaches, whilst Papagayo is for the beach connoisseurs - unspoilt 40 mins drive. Watersports, diving and aquapark - Costa Teguise 20mins drive.
Golf
Golf Course open 18 hole in Puerto Del Carmen. There is also Golf at Costa Teguise, 20 mins drive 18 hole course.

About the owner
Villa Tranquila was purchased back in November 2011 and is now owned by Barry & Eibhlin Thorpe-Smith. Since taking over the villa Barry & Eibhlin have made many updated improvements to the property adding new outside furniture plus updating some fixture & fittings inside the villa. The projects are ongoing although this will have NO impact on the guests.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We have been lucky enough to travel to many places in the world but have always had a soft spot for the Canary Islands and Lanzarote in particular. It is a beautiful spot and we were enchanted when we saw Villa Tranquila in Macher. The views are just amazing.

We enjoy the stunning views, the privacy, alfresco dining and the swimming pool. The Jacuzzi adds that little touch of luxury.
