Beautiful private studio in Puerto de la Cruz, near the Botanical gardens, situated in a privileged area of La Paz in a popular Aparthotel with 24 hour reception, it has lifts, lovely pool (heated from November to April) area, communal garden, playground, restaurants, tennis court. The hotel has an excellent restaurant that offers full buffet breakfast and dinner at very reasonable prices. The apartment is few minutes walking of the center of the city and the beach. The studio is bright and sunny with nice views. Being close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets make this studio an ideal base for a brilliant holiday. The studio has a well equipped kitchen, bathroom, living/dining/sleeping room and balcony. Good quality furniture. This complex is holder of a "Q" for Tourist Quality.

The apartment is situated about 20 mins from Los Rodeos airport and about 1hr 20 mins from Reina Sofia airport.
Car hire is not essential as there is a regular bus service to Puerto de la Cruz daily. I will give information about how to get there with all the booking information. Car hire is recommended to explore the island.

La Paz area has a range of small shops, a large selection of lovely restaurants, banks, groceries. All guests are met on arrival and shown to the apartment.

A deposit of £90 is required on 1 ó 2 weeks booking and the balance at the moment of arrival in cash.
For longer periods a deposit of 20% of the total amount.

'We had a very enjoyable week. We found the studio to be very clean and comfortable and perfectly located just a short stroll to the shops, restaurants and beach. The complex is peaceful and well maintained.
Wonderful stay
I've been ten days in this beautiful apartment and i Highly recommend it not only for its location but also for the equipment and relation with the owner, Mrs González who was always kind, friedly and helpful. It's of easy access to the city center, there are shops and supermarkets in the neraby and it's quiet and sunny. Don'T hesitate to book your accommodation here.
Everything was absolutely perfect. We loved the apartment and a very good relationsship to the owner, Mrs. Gonzales. She was extremely kind and helped us in many cases. The apartment is clear, has good furniture and equipment with even a washing machine! The balcony is nice and the area is totally quiet. Perfect to relax and start trips by feet or car.

Hi ! I am from Tenerife and although I work in education I love the rental business, that allows me to meet people and show you my island. Being a native of Tenerife gives me the advantage of knowing lovely places to eat, nice walkings you can do. I greet all my guests at the apartment on arrival and show them everything there. I look forward to meeting you.
Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
I have always loved Puerto de la Cruz and La Paz area and my idea is when my children are independent to go and live there. This complex is one of the best in Puerto and it has a lovely big pool and many facilities.
