Studio apartment complete with balcony located in the very popular Parque Santiago 3 complex. The apartment is situated on the second floor with just a few stairs to climb. The pool area is beautifully landscaped and has two pools, (one heated) poolside bars and restaurants, childrens play area and a gym. Use of the sunbeds is free with pool passes which will be provided. If you prefer the beach, there are several just minutes walk away.

We do not consider this apartment suitable for 3 adults. Smokers welcome but smoking not permitted inside the apartment. Please ensure that you have adequate insurance. Neither the owner nor the agent can accept responsibility for personal injury, accidents, theft etc.
Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchair users as there is no lift to the apartment.
Coast/Beach
There is one small beach and two larger beaches with sunbeds and water sports facilities situated right outside the complex.
When the conditions are right the small beach is very popular with surfers.
There is a very pleasant walk along the waterfront to Los Cristianos and in the other direction to Puerto Colon and beyond.
Golf
There are 3 or 4 golf courses all within easy reach.
Travel
20 minute taxi ride from Reina Sofia (South) airport.
Car not required.
Further details
Parque Santiago 3 is situated opposite the famous "Safari" shopping centre with its upmarket shops, bars and restaurants. There are two supermarkets, shops of all types, Banks, exchange/excursion offices, restaurants to suit all palates, bars and outdoor cafes all on your doorstep.
The nearby beaches have sunbeds and umbrellas, showers and changing facilities and water sports.
As well as all the beach water sports there is the newly opened "Siam Water Park" with its fabulous slides and pools. Well worth a visit for everybody.
If you like to walk you can take a leisurely stroll along the walkway to Los Christianos or in the opposite direction to Costa Adeje and beyond. For the more serious walkers there are supervised and unsupervised walks in the mountains.
Fishing and deep sea diving can also be arranged and a visit to the nearby island of La Gomera is well worth taking if you have the time.
There are excursions round the island and trips to the top of Mount Teide with it's lunar type landscape. Boats leave Los Cristianos every day to find the whales and dolphins living in the ocean round the island. The view of Tenerife from the ocean gives you a different view of this spectacular island.
