A newly built 3 bed-roomed villa with its own private solar heated pool, situated 15 minutes from the airport in the exclusive area of San Agustin. The villa is just a short walk from all local facilities, which include three supermarkets, restaurants, car rental, bus stops and taxi services. The small bay of San Agustin provides a safe beach with calm waters and is reached by strolling to the end of the road. San Agustin is mostly residential and is therefore quieter than Playa Del Ingles and Puerto Rico affording you the opportunity of a very relaxing environment in which to spend your holiday. Should you wish to take advantage of the nightlife at Playa Del Ingles, the Yumbo Centre and Maspalomas they are just a 5 minute taxi ride away.

Changeover day
Our preferred changeover day is Monday but we can sometimes be flexible and would ask that you contact us to enquire if we can fit in to your arrangements.

| Bedrooms: |
Master bedroom - private balcony with a sea view. There are two further bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with a king-size double bed and again its own private balcony. |
| Bathrooms: |
There is an ensuite bathroom in the Master bedroom, consisting of twin basins, a double shower unit and toilet. There is a further bathroom with a large shower unit, toilet and basin, which is shared and there is another cloakroom downstairs. |
| Kitchen: |
A superb kitchen includes oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and washing machine and there are ample work surfaces all finished in black marble. |

Suitable drying area outside. |
| Living Rooms: |
There is a small lounge at the rear of the villa, which houses the TV, DVD, Satellite, VCR and HiFi units and makes a superb place to sit in the cool and relax. |

The front lounge is much larger where you can sit comfortably overlooking the pool and take in the view of the hills and sea beyond. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Towels and bed linen are all provided and towels for the beach and sun loungers are also included. The pool is cleaned every 3 days and there is a change of linen and towels once a week. Further cleaning is available on request. |
Notes on accommodation
On arrival at Las Palmas airport you will be met by our airport transfer driver who will take you straight to the villa. Here you will be greeted by our representative, who will give you all the relevant details regarding your stay. He will also give you a contact number where you can reach him should you have any concerns during your holiday and can also advise you of all the local amenities. Unfortunately the villa is not suitable for children under five.

Outside
The pool is solar heated with a newly installed eco-friendly salt water system. This allows swimming at any time of the year and the large terraces are equipped with sun loungers, reclining chairs and outside dining facilities under a covered terrace.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is a 10 minute stroll to the end of the road, where you will find the sheltered bay of San Agustin. There is a beautiful promenade which will take you right to Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas, but if you want to stay in the bay there is a wonderful beachside restuarant to cater for all your needs.
Golf
The nearest Golf course is approximately 20 minutes in the car and there are a choice of 3 good courses.
Travel
Las Palmas airport is 15 minutes by car.
Distances
There are many towns a little further on down the coast road and these offer facilities for all tastes. If you are hiring a car there are wonderful villages and mountain ranges to explore, where you will experience the more original parts of Gran Canaria.
Further details
The local supermarket is a 5 minute walk away and there are 2/3 local restuarants, a car hire office, (although this is not necessary) a hairdressers and the small hospital that services this part of the island. There are always taxis available outside the hospital and there are main buses on the coastal road to take you in either direction of the island.
Booking notes
The cost of the villa per week averages £850 for up to 6 people and dependant on the season or late availability this will be reduced. The total airport transfer for up to 4 people is £56 and for 6 people £92. Naturally after confirming availability we would ask that a 25% deposit is sent to secure the booking and the balance is paid no later than 8 weeks prior to travelling.
