Changeover day
We are flexible on arrival and departure dates to fit in with the best and cheapest flights.

| Utility Room: | Washing machine, ironing board, iron, hot water heater and storage for cleaning equipment. |
| Living Rooms: | American style lounge beautifully furnished to a high standard including settee and easy chair Satellite TV, UK channels, DVD player, hi-fi and ceiling fan. |
| Other: | The bedroom is furnished with bedside cabinet, large set of drawers, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. There is also a safe installed. |

Bath, hand and kitchen towels included. Cleaning is once weekly (Please bring own beach towels). |

Accessibility
The apartment is situated on the ground floor with 3 steps up to the apartment from the road leading onto the terrace garden.
Outside
60 square metre Astro turfed 'garden' with table, 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers, 2 reclining padded chairs and umbrella. There is a door at the back of the apartment which leads to the two pools and children's pool with free sunbed. This area is completely private and can only be accessed from the outside with a key (which is provided).
Coast/Beach
There is a 10 minutes walk to beach which stretches for miles along the coast as far as Torviscas.
Golf
There are many excellent golf courses close by and cater for golfers of all abilities. There are courses to suit all abilities from the low handicappers to complete beginners at a small local course called Los Palos which is a nine hole par three where you can hire golf clubs.
Travel
Tenerife south (tfs) is 15 minutes by car or taxi (approx 20 to 25 euros). You can catch a bus to all over the island, very cheaply, there is a bus station in Los Cristianos a short walk away.
Distances
10 minutes walk to Los Cristianos marina where you can go on a boat trips to see whales and dolphins or go sea fishing. There are several places to visit such as the new Siam Water Park, Loro Parque which is a bird and animal park. Aqua Park which is a water park with Dolphin Shows. There are organised trips to all of these places or you can go it alone by car or bus. A trip to Mount Tiede is a must through stunning scenery and then take a cable car up to the top of the mountain.

About the owner
We live and work in Lancashire UK, our children have all grown up and left home now which gives us plenty of time to holiday in Tenerife.We chose Tenerife for the apartment because you are guaranteed sunshine all year round. Being golf fanatics we are spoiled for choice with the number of courses within a short drive. We rent to adults only and ask no smoking in the apartment. We furnish the apartment to what we think is a high standard with quality furnishings and hopefully all the little extras you need. We have been very lucky with our renters to date who have all looked after the apartment which helps us to maintain our standards. We now have couples who return every year to enjoy our home in the sun, we hope you will now become one of those! The sun shines on our terrace all day long.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Prior to buying our apartment we regularly took holidays in Tenerife. We bought the property 'off plan' which means we bought from the plans without seeing it; but it was such a lovely area and the builder had such a good name we couldn't loose!
Unique benefits of the property
Our property in very conveniently located, it has all the amenities within a very short walk; shops, bars, restaurants, beach, banks and very good well stocked supermarkets including Spar and Iceland. Being on the ground floor there are only 3 small steps up to the apartment.
