The property is on a small hillside providing panoramic views of the sea, mountains and golf courses. The small gated complex is maintained to a high standard. As this is a private complex we ask that you please respect the few rules & other owners. There is a communal pool for the use of home owners only. Unfortunately holiday lets are not allowed to use the pool, this is monitered very closely. This is a no smoking property, smoking only permitted on the outside areas.

Changeover day
Changeover days are usually Wed. or Sat. but can be flexible. The property will be available from 3.00pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am. Please advise flight details and arrival times as soon as known.

Accessibility
There are five steps leading into the property, and steps to the roof top. Inside the property it is on one level.
Outside
On small residential gated complex. Roof top with plenty of room for sun loungers and chairs. Table, chairs and parasol can be moved to front terrace for sun from morning to late afternoon or back terrace for the shade when you require it. The rooftop affords fantastic views of ocean, golf course, mountains and an overview of Caleta de Fuste. Internet access & small supermarket, bars, restaurants, tennis court are all within a 5 minute walk, but out of view.
Coast/Beach
The crescent shaped beach with golden sands is a very safe, child friendly area with toilets and close to the main holiday area of Caleta de Fuste. It is a 15 minute walk from the property or pop onto the mini train which goes to the small marina. Water sports such as diving, jet skiing and wind surfing are available or take it easy with a boat excursion.
Golf
Within easy reach of two golf courses, driving range, cafe and a la carte restaurant and pro-shop. Only 5 minute drive away.
Travel
The airport is just 8Km from property, taxis and car hire readily available from airport. This would allow you to visit more of the islands fantastic beaches and towns, the roads are excellent and road signs easy to read. There is also an excellent bus service.
Distances
Town centre is 15 mins walk from villa or take the mini train which stops close by, near a tennis court. Corralejo is at the northern tip of the island(40km), from here take a ferry to Lanzarote. Travel south to Jandia peninsula with its stunning beaches and clear blue seas, famous for wind surfing, and many shops. Go to the west coast and visit Ajuy, to explore the caves in the cliffs.
Further details
Opposite the golf course is the Atlantico shopping centre with large supermarket, bars, restaurants,shops, bowling alley and English speaking cinema. This complex is flanked by 5 star hotels with 5 star beaches. Beach volley ball, crazy golf, tennis, gymnasiums, massages and spa treatments are all available in the resort of Caleta de Fuste. Many low cost airlines are now flying to Fuerteventura from most major airports.
Booking notes
Bookings may be made by checking availability then calling or e-mailing. A 20% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking with the balance to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to departure. Once the deposit has been received your booking will be confirmed. A breakage deposit of £50 is payable with the final balance which will be returned providing there is no damage.
