This private villa is ideal for the self catering holidaymaker looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay to holiday in Fuerteventura. It offers luxury accommodation in 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. There are unrivalled views from the living room, across the terrace and heated swimming pool to the golf course and the sea. The pool is protected by an approved child proof safety system. There is a reflective glass screen across the end of the garden, giving uninterrupted views combined with privacy from people on the golf course. The gardens have been fully landscaped with areas of lawn and terrace combined with planted areas. Situated in Caleta de Fuste in the north of Fuerteventura, away from the hustle and bustle of the town, but within easy walking distance of all amenities, shops, restaurants and beaches.

Notes on accommodation
Large sun terrace with stunning views. We would request that smokers use the outside area only for smoking and not inside the villa. Although not air-conditioned, we have found very little need for it due to the villa's location. The continuous fresh sea breezes and the vented shutters on all windows and doors provide continuous air to residents.
Accessibility
The property is all on one level and would be suitable for disabled persons with wheelchair.
Outside
Gardens and patios to all 4 sides of the property, sun loungers, patio table and chairs, barbecue, private swimming pool. Private off road parking for 2 cars. This villa has a child proof pool protection system.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful golden sandy beach of Castillo is only a 10 min walk from the villa. There are a variety of water sports available eg jet skis, pedalos, kayaks, wind surfing, diving, snorkeling, fishing trips and catamaran rides. 40 mins drive to the famous sand dunes of Corralejo and breathtaking beaches.
Golf
Situated on and overlooking the 3rd green of the Salinas de Antigua golf course and adjacent to the Fuerteventura golf course which hosted the Spanish Open in 2004. Despite Fuerteventura's almost constant sunshine and little rain, the golf course has beautiful greens. The winds provide a challenge for all golfers.
Travel
The airport is only 8km from the villa approx 15 euros in a taxi, car hire is also available and highly recommended to discover the beautiful island of Fuerteventura. The capital Puerto Del Rosario is only 12km from the villa with a fantastic shopping centre (Las Rotondos). There are plenty of shops/pubs/restaurants etc in close proximity to the villa so hiring a car is not necessary. If you wish to explore further a car is recommended.
Distances
Caleta de Fuste is only 10 mins walk with lots of great restaurants and bars. Airport 8km. Morrojable in the south with magnificent views and beaches on the southern tip 98km.
Further details
Atlantico shopping centre only 5 mins walk, open 7 days a week from 9.30 until 10pm including the bank. Lots of shops, big supermarket, restaurants, bars, hairdressers, amusements, ten pin bowling, cinema, beach.
Booking notes
Bookings will only be held for 1 week prior to deposit. Deposit of 20% is required with the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. You will also be required to pay a security deposit of £250. This must also be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival and will be refunded subject to satisfactory inspection upon departure.
