Fabulous south facing, luxury penthouse in a peaceful location of Corralejo in the Parque Natural area. This is a corner apartment and boasts the advantage of being the only apartment on the complex that is not overlooked by any other building. The terrace overlooks the gated pool area from the front and looks out over the Natural Park area to the side. The courtyard style terrace is very private and tastefully furnished and a great place to sit in the evening and watch the sunset behind the mountain. The rooftop solarium is also very private and complete with sun loungers. There are fabulous views of the sand dune beaches from the roof. This apartment has full sunshine on both terraces all day long. The apartment itself is furnished to a very high standard and provides all mod cons including a dishwasher, satellite TV (including all english channels ITV, BBC etc.) and a radio and DVD player.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros. The above euro prices are based on maximum of 4 people sharing the apartment per week.
For stays longer than a week if you don't want to use the washing machine then a small extra charge for a linen change is optional. Long term lets over 4 weeks will be considered and prices negotiable, Please contact us for prices.
Changeover day
The changeover day is flexible to suit your requirements. Check-in time 3pm.
Check-out time 11 am. (We can be flexible with these times where it is possible so please ask if you require either a early check in or late check out).

Notes on accommodation
We provide a safe in the apartment also for the safety of your travel documents and personal belongings. This is provided free of charge.
There are fans provided in each room and we also provide a small electric heater just in case required. There is also a hairdryer supplied for your use during your stay.
Please Note there is No Smoking Inside the Apartment but ashtrays will be provided for outdoor terraces.
Accessibility
This property is on the second floor of the building so it would not be suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
There is a lovely courtyard style terrace outside with lovely wooden furniture and complete with plants and umbrella.The roof solarium is equipped with sun loungers to soak up the wonderful sunshine. The Las Vistas Complex is very well maintained. The swimming pool is cleaned every day and also the stair wells, gardens etc kept in top condition.
Coast/Beach
The wonderful white sand beaches of Grandes Playas are only a 30 minute walk (5 min drive) away. There are also a couple of lovely little beaches in the town where you can sit back relax and watch the world go by. Alternatively the unspoilt lagoons of El Cotillo are only a 15/20 min drive away. We will provide detailed information in the apartment on the nearby beaches.
Golf
There is a new par 3 nine hole golf course open just a 5 min stroll from the apartment. It is a wonderful course with luscious greens. It is open 7 days per week 9am to dusk and costs 13 euros per round.
Travel
The airport is in the Capital Puerto del Rosario which is 30-35 min drive from Corralejo. Car hire is recomended(but not essential) here but would be advised if you intend on seeing the island. We will provide taxi numbers for you to use during your stay. We can also provide an airport transfer for 35 euros each way.
Distances
Corralejo town is 30min walk (5 mins drive).
Baku Water Park and Bowling 15 min walk (3 min drive).
El Cotillo 15-20 min drive.
Mirador de Lobos Golf Course (5 min walk).
Salinas and Elba Golf Courses 40 min drive away.
Booking notes
€100 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to secure required dates and the remainder to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable deposit of €100 for breakages and damage is also required at time of full payment. This deposit will be refunded when apartment has been checked on departure.

It was lovely to have the extras, like comfortable bed, fan, flask and sandwich boxes, and the furniture and plants outside, and the sun bed cushions made all the difference.
what a good idea to leave washing up liquid and cleaning items, we really enjoyed the stay and would love to be able to book again sometime.
