Villa Palmera is a newly constructed single level detached villa in the Montana Roja area of Playa Blanca and offers superbly comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), lounge area, dining area, internal courtyard/garden, luxury fitted kitchen, secluded south facing terrace with private heated pool. It has been furnished and equipped to a high standard and has many extras (at no extra charge) to make your holiday as comfortable as possible.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds and are for the use of the whole villa, sleeping up to 6 people per week. If pool heating is required (October to March), this will be charged at £50 per week. Discounts are available for occupation of 3 weeks or more. Under-occupancy discounts are sometimes available on selected weeks, please enquire.
Changeover day
This is normally on a Thursday, as most flights from the UK arrive on that day. However, if we can be flexible on this, we will, depending on availability.

All bedding and towels are provided and changed twice weekly. Beach towels are provided for use around the villas private pool only please. The pool is cleaned twice a week. |
Notes on accommodation
All rooms have a light and airy atmosphere, mostly arranged around the pool and terrace area. They have been furnished in a homely and comfortable style, and provide with a real home in the sun. All beds have British mattresses and linen, bedside tables and lamps, dressing table and room fans. An inner garden, accessed from the dining room, has a table and chairs and is great for a quiet glass of wine in the evenings!
Children are catered for, and use of a cot, highchair, toys, DVDs, books, and games are, of course, included at no extra charge! Some music CD's are available, but please bring your own playstation 2 games for your children.
The well equipped kitchen has all guests should need for a holiday, even a coolbox and ice packs are available for shopping or trips to the beach!
A hairdryer and trouser press are also included for your convenience.

Outside
A beautifully planted garden surrounds the villa. A large tiled and totally enclosed terrace around the pool which faces South and is NOT overlooked, offers privacy and a relaxing environment to guests. The terrace has 6 sunloungers, hardwood side tables, and a hardwood dining table with benches and chairs allow guests to eat outside, possibly from the charcoal barbeque which is available for use. A children's picnic table is also provided.
Coast/Beach
Playa Blanca has some excellent and safe beaches. Playa Flamingo and Playa Dorada are both great for families and children, and have restaurants and cafes close by. A walk along the newly paved promenade heading East leads you to the beautiful new Marina Rubicon which has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, and offers shops, bars and restaurants. Definitely worth a visit! Only a short drive from the villa are the stunning beaches of Papagayo, considered the best on the island.
Golf
There is an 18-hole golf course on Lanzarote, which is situated in Costa Teguise, 40/45 minutes by car from Playa Blanca.
Travel
Arrecife airport is about 30 minutes drive from the villa and houses a number of car hire offices. Car hire is recommended for visiting places of interest on the island, however, should you wish to spend your holiday relaxing and staying local to Playa Blanca, the village offers all you should need. Taxis are available from the airport, and from the centre of the village.

Booking notes
Payment for bookings can be made by cheque or bank transfer. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required when booking, the balance being payable 8 weeks before arrival. If booking less than 8 weeks before arrival then payment is required in full. A refundable security/breakage deposit of £100 is required with your final payment.
