This beautiful villa is all on one level so is perfect for young families and the elderly alike. The living areas are light and spacious. The furniture is of high standard and the villa is equipped with everything you should require for a comfortable stay. There are dining tables inside and out. The pool area is gated.

The pool is arranges of a conditioner,if you desire to contract it,it price is 80 pounds a week.It also arranges of a policarbonato telescopic cover with increases the temperature untill 26ºC.

Distances
Approximately 10/15 minutes walk from the centre of Corralejo and the famous sand dunes, the best beaches in the north of the island. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets all within a short walking distance and it is only 5 minutes walk to the Baku water park and markets. It is also near a bus route that could take you on a day trip to el cotillo (an old fishing village which also has beautiful beaches).

This villa is ideally situated in a sort after area of Corralejo within walking distance of all amenities. Corralejo Market open Monday and Friday mornings is also close to hand as is the new shopping area 'El Campanario' which holds a Craft Market every Sunday morning with traditional Canarian music played live in the courtyard. The villa is ideal for couples or families.

To check availability please send an email to the owner. We ask for a deposit of 10% of the price to be paid at the time of booking and for the rest of the balance to be paid on arrival. I have lived in Corralejo for ten years now with my wife and two children. We have made many friends here, we love to meet people from all over the world and exchange experiences. I have built our villa carefully with top quality materials. My wife and I dedicate lots of time to our villa, making sure it is clean and of a high standard. We also ensure the upkeep of the swimming pool and outside areas. I am Spanish from the south of Spain (Andalucia), I am a Spanish coastguard. We relate directly to our clients, there is no intermediary between the two parts (clients and owner). We have another similar property available in the same area. This location is in a peaceful zone, it is about 200m to banks, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes and bars and close to the Corralejo beaches. The house is very comfortable, I am sure you will enjoy your stay. It's situation is away from the crowds and it is easily accessible.The villas has a security alarm.

Enjoy all of our water sports on the island (surfing, windsurf, surf kite surf, fishing, jet -ski, scuba-dive, snorkel, cycling, quad bike rental). Sample our traditional food dishes and learn about the islands culture. Visit the old town and harbour. There are daily trips to the lobos island on glass bottom boats (3 nautical miles from Corralejo) and other maritime excursions, also you can take a ferry to Lanzarote for the day. There are several traditional museums on the island. The owner can give you information on all of it. You can also find good prices for car rental if you contact the owner.
