Wonderful positioned apartment 2nd from end of complex, giving you a great view from our spacious balcony. Fully air conditioned apartment in a 5 star complex situated close to the centre of Los Gigantes and Puerto Santiago. The apartment is situated with wonderful views and has the sun on balcony from mid morning till sunset. The apartment has full size heated pool,a baby pool and is within walking distance of a variety of amenities, restaurants and shops.
The wonderful thing about where the apartment is situated is that if you go out the back gate, down the hill to Los Gigantes
it has a real lovely relaxed feel about it with good resturants, if you go out the front gate to Puerto Santiago / Playa de la Arena it does have the feel of authentic canarian life mixed with tourists spots so you do have in our opinion the best of both worlds. Private underground parking.

Kitchen: Spacious open plan kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, toaster, iron/ironing board and coffee maker.
Living Rooms: Open plan lounge and dining area with 3 piece suite, TV, DVD, video, CD player and telephone. The dining area has a table and seating to accommodate six.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Bath towels and linen are included in the price and are changed on a weekly basis. The apartment is cleaned weekly.

Ideal for couples and families, the area has that laid back feel. Other services available:- Cot hire, welcome pack, transfer to and from Airport at reasonable prices through local minibus hire. Please enquire when booking as we can book that for you enabling you to relax.

Access to the apartment stairs and lift lift. Wheelchair friendly.

Outside
Outside there is a balcony with sunloungers and a table with four chairs. The balcony enjoys sun from mid morning till sunset with views of the cliffs and La Gomera. There is a large heated full sized shared pool and small baby pool with pool bar. The complex also has Bowls and two Tennis courts. Private underground parking.

Coast/Beach
The small, volcanic beach is approximately 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment has access to the Los Gigantes Leisure centre with heated pool, tennis courts, crazy golf, play area and an excellent wine bar and cafe.

Golf
There is a world championship Golf course at Adeje some 20 minutes drive. In 2006 a new course will be opening just 10 mins drive away.

Special interest holidays
Guided walking holidays all over the island. Scuba diving, fishing trips, boat trips, water parks.

Travel
The islands main airport (Tenerife South) is approximately 45 minutes by car. Car hire is not essential. Transport to/from airport can be booked at reasonable prices with local minibus service, details available when booking.You can fly into Tenerife South (TFS) from...........Belfast, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bristol, Cardiff, Doncaster, Dublin, Edinburgh, East Midlands, Exeter, Gatwick, Glasgow, Heathrow, Humberside, Leeds Bradford, Liverpool, Luton, Manchester, Newcastle, Norwich, Sheffield.

Distances
All local amenities are within 10 minutes walking distance of the apartment. Local shops and restaurants and supermarket are within 3 minutes walk.

Further details
The villages of Los Gigantes and Puerto Santiago have a multitude of fine restaurants, many offering fresh seafood and meat dishes. There are a number of supermarkets and banks. At the marina there is a English Scuba diving school with trips of feeding stingrays (BSAC & PADI) and sailing school, as well as boat trips to see the famous dolphins and sea life.

Booking notes
Bookings can be made direct with the owner subject to availability. A deposit of 30% on booking is required with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure. Cot hire and welcome pack (milk, bread, tea, coffee, water) available on request (small charge).
