Changeover day
Flexible, though Friday to Friday is preferred.
Day of departure to vacate for 10.00hrs please.
Day of arrival-16.00hrs but bags can be dropped off.
Linen & bathroom towels are provided but are not to leave the premises. We have a weekly linen service.

Accommodation
Gold Star Apartment (1 Bed, Sleeps 2 to 3)
This wonderful, modern apartment has a bright bedroom upstairs with twin beds, good storage and an electric ceiling fan.
Also it has patio doors leading onto a top balcony with 2 sunbeds and spectacular views. It has a brand new en-suite shower room, handbasin & WC and also a washing machine.
Downstairs is another modern shower room with handbasin and WC.
The fabulous open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar has a USA fridge/freezer with icemaker & filtered water, oven and hob, microwave, larder unit and wine racks, etc. It's a pleasure to be in - especially when looking out over the Atlantic Ocean.
Just beyond the kitchen area are the 2 settees, a large wall mounted flat screen LCD TV with DVD/CD & an electric ceiling fan. A safe is also provided in the apartment. Patio doors lead onto another balcony, which has a retractable sun canopy and a table & chairs for dining "Al Fresco" - a wonderful place to watch the world go by & for sipping cocktails!!

Wonderful Beachfront Villa (4 Beds, Sleeps 8)
This magnificent villa comprises of a large open plan living/dining area that leads out through patio doors onto sun terraces which are surrounded by the garden - ideal for dining "Al Fresco"!
The interior is finished to a very high standard & includes leather sofas, modern furnishings, safe,TV & DVD. Ceiling fans are in all major rooms. There is a good sized, modern & very well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, USA fridge/freezer + icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven & everything you will need. A separate utility room has a washing machine & tumble dryer for your use.
Downstairs, there is a large twin bedded room, en-suite, with patio doors to go onto a covered veranda & into the garden. Ideal for the elderly or disabled.
Upstairs, 1 king sized bedroom with a large balcony overlooking the beach.
A twin bedded room, en-suite, with a balcony, also with the seaview & the 4th room with twin beds.
The main shower room is upstairs & all shower rooms are large & fully tiled.

Notes on accommodation
Parque Santiago III is one of the most sought after seafront luxury apartment complexes in Southern Tenerife -enjoying long sunny days all year round!
This perfect location is on the "Golden Corner" between Playa de Las Americas & Los Cristianos (a pleasant 10mins or so, stroll away)
This attractive complex has beautiful landscaped tropical gardens & is well known for its splendid seawater pools (1 heated) with its well looked after sun terraces, providing a tranquil & romantic setting in the evening.
There are plenty of amenities here: numerous shops (mainly duty free), restaurants of all kinds, bars, large supermarket (with its own bakery), laundry, hairdressers to name but a few.
Also there is a kiddies play area, paddling pool, pool tables & mini-golf.
The reception of PS3 has internet facilities to hire for the web & emails.
Also if you fancy a bit of pampering, the "Mare Nostrum Resort" next door has a spa.
At night PS3 & its surrounding areas are peaceful, quiet and safe.

We will try to accommodate as many of you as poss. in our other fabulous apartments or maybe a visit to our Villa in the Algarve,where we will try to give our past guests a favourable rate!

Outside
The walled garden at the VILLA is very secure for roaming kiddies & has a large retractable canopy to provide adequate shade over some of the area. There are sunbeds & mattresses provided in the garden, and, under the pergola is a large outdoor dining table & chairs for dining out or sipping those pre-dinner cocktails. The balconies all have great views.
The APARTMENT has 2 good sized balconies (one above the other) & of approx. equal size both overlooking the prom. & beach.
On the first floor balcony there is a wining/dining area with a retractable canopy for those who enjoy a little shade & on the second floor there are 2 sunbeds with a small table. Also on this balcony is a retractable washing line.
The balconies are where we ask any smokers to indulge as we encourage a non-smoking policy in both the actual properties.

Coast/Beach
Parque Santiago 3 is on the seafront & both our properties are right at the front of the complex, overlooking the palm-tree lined walkway & the soft, white sandy beach - which is kept to a very high standard & groomed daily. Sunbeds, sunshades & various watersports are all available to hire on the beach & the sea is clean & safe with a gradual slope into it. The pedestrian walkway takes you in both directions along the coastline & there is plenty to see & enough "watering holes" on the way!

Golf
Tenerife as a true golfing destination has been waiting in the wings for several years. Golf tourism in Tenerife is booming. It has now 7 golf courses open for play. Golf Las Americas is the closest one to the apartment but easily accessible are Golf del Sur, Costa Adeje, Amarilla Golf & Los Palos (a 9 hole par 3 course). In the north & well worth the trip if you are a golfing enthusiast are 2 courses - Real Club de Golf Tenerife (a mature & popular venue) and a brand new course that has already had some raving reviews. Also, there is a course on the island of La Gomera, if you fancy a day out & a ferry trip from Los Cristianos. They are promoting this course & apparently have reasonable rates at the moment.

Travel
Only approx 15 mins away from Reina Sofia airport in the south of Tenerife and approx 1hr from the Northern airport. Plenty of taxis are usually available at the airport, as is car hire, which is not that necessary around Parque Santiago as taxis are cheap & plentiful. Also public transport is easily available.

Further details
There is plenty to do in Tenerife in any season as all leisure activities can be enjoyed 365 days a year due to its sunny climate & pleasant temperatures. Sporting facilities close by are fishing, scuba diving, whale & dolphin watching, sailing, surfing, waterskiing, windsurfing, swimming, paragliding, tennis, cycling, jogging, roller blading, walking,& golfing.
The aquapark & adventure parks are also within easy access.
Los Cristianos is a popular fishing port which has lots of shops, restaurants and local markets. Frequent ferries go over from there to the neighbouring small island of La Gomera. Other day trips to various places can also be arranged from the port. In the P.S.3 & 4 area, there's plenty to see & do. There are many good restaurants to suit all tastes & pockets & do see the "musical" fountains opposite the "Mare Nostrum Resort" & looking down on them from "Harry's Bar" is an added bonus. Back to the properties, and as a added help to you, we can also provide beach towels, if required, to save on your luggage weight but we do ask you to wash/dry these at the end of your holiday, if you use them, for the convenience of the next clients, as they are not the responsibility of the cleaners.

Booking notes
Booking deposit (50%) is payable by cheque or bank transfer within 10 days of reserving the villa/apartment. The balance is due by cheque or bank transfer at least 6 weeks prior to the departure date. Keys of the apartment, an information letter and sunbed passes will be sent to you at least 3 weeks before departure date.
For bookings made within 6 weeks prior to arrival a full payment is required.
We never overcrowd our properties & prefer only 2 in our apt. Occasionally we except a child.
