Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. For 2 people. Extra guests are £25 per person per week.(£35 school holiday weeks) Under 2's stay free. The villa sleeps up to a maximum of 6.
Changeover day
Changeover day can be flexible although most flights tend to be on Wednesdays and Saturdays. We are also happy to consider various lengths of stay i.e 10 / 11 nights aswell as 7 / 14 nights.

Towels (excluding beach towels) are provided, as well as bedlinen. The beds will be made ready for your arrival. For stays of longer than 7 nights, a mid stay change of linen and towels can be arranged for an extra charge. |

Notes on accommodation
The villa is very well equipped with everything you need and more. It is very family friendly with a lockable gate out to the swimming pool. It has toys, games, DVDs, books, beach toys and CD's all available for your enjoyment. A travel cot, booster high chair, microwave steam steriliser, 2 safety deposit boxes and 2 free standing fans are also all available at no extra cost.
WIFI Internet access available in the villa, payable locally or via credit / debit card. 15 euro's for 1 week or 20 euro's for 2 weeks.
Accessibility
The villa is a bungalow all on one level. There is a step up onto the path and 1 more step up into the property. There are 2 steps down to the back patio area. There are steps up to the roof terrace. The shower is in the bath.
Outside
The rear of the property boasts a private fully tiled patio area with fantastic swimming pool 6m x 4m and only 1m deep so ideal for families with children and for the odd game of volley ball. There is a separate hot tub seating 6 people. A patio table and chairs, sun loungers and parasol. The BBQ is also on the rear patio.
The front of the property has double patio doors that open out from the lounge onto a paved patio area with patio chairs and table. There are also 2 swings on the front garden for the children to enjoy. There is a Canarian garden with cactus plants.
The fabulous roof terrace has great views of the sea, beach and marina as well as all day sun. There are sunloungers and chairs.
Coast/Beach
Only a 10 minutes walk to the beaches at the Atlantico centre or down by the harbour.
Golf
The golf course which hosted the 2004 Spanish Open is right next door. The golf course is par 70 and both holes 9 and 18 finish at the clubhouse. There are 3 lakes connected by a stream, all of which come into play. It is relatively flat and in excellent condition as you would expect from a championship course. Buggy paths connect all holes and are available to hire. The practice facilities include a 50 bay driving range, a large putting green and a second green for chipping and bunker shots. Clubs can be hired.
Travel
The airport is Fuerteventura Airport and it is only a 10 minute drive to the villa. Flights from the UK are available with Easyjet, Ryanair, Monarch, Thompson, Thomas Cook. Airport transfer is by local taxi costing approx. 12 euro's for a 4 seater taxi. Larger taxi's and taxi mini buses are also available. Because of the closenesss of the villa from the airport, the aircrafts do fly over the villa when landing, as they do all over the resort of Caleta de Fuste.
