This delightful privately owned villa stands in it's own secluded garden complete with large sun terrace, BBQ and own solar heated swimming pool. The villa is situated in the quiet residential area of Las Coloradas which is considered to be the most upmarket area in Playa Blanca. Las Coloradas has the benefit of a supermarket, hotel, restaurants and internet facilities all close by. The Papagayo beaches which are known to be the best on the island are within a 10-15 minute walk from the villa. The newly built Rubicon luxury yacht marina complete with shops and restaurants is within easy walking distance of the villa for those lazy days and evenings spent looking at expensive boats and dreaming! The town of Playa Blanca which is within a short car journey from the villa has lots to offer including two beaches, numerous restaurants and shops, English bars and a medical centre where English is spoken - everything you need to enjoy your holiday.

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for two people. There is an extra charge of £50 pounds per person per week up to four. Children under two are welcome free of charge as our guests.
Changeover day
Our normal changeover day is Thursday but we are happy to accept other days if we have availability. We ask you to provide us with your flight details so that we have an idea of your arrival time.

The property is cleaned weekly to a high standard. Linen including towels is provided on a weekly basis. Beach towels are also provided. |
Notes on accommodation
The property is ideally suited to children or couples wanting privacy as the garden is totally enclosed and therefore safe and secure. Cot and high-chair hire are available on request at a minimal charge. Air-conditioning is available throughout the villa.

Outside
The swimming pool is solar heated and surrounded by garden and patios. There is a large brick built BBQ for your use.
Cushioned sun loungers and outside table and chairs are provided for your enjoyment.
Coast/Beach
The small beach at Las Coloradas is within a 5 minute walk. The famous Papagayo beaches are within a 10-15 minute walk or a short bumpy car ride ! Dorado beach which has sun-loungers and shops can be reached along the coastal promenade from Las Coloradas or by car on the main road or there are further beaches in Playa Blanca itself.
Golf
There is a small local golf course at Costa Teguise which is approximately a 30 minute drive from the villa.
To combine an enjoyable day out why not visit the championship standard golf course on Fuerteventura which can be reached by a regular ferry service from Playa Blanca.
Travel
The airport at Arrecife is approximately a 30 minute drive from the villa. Car hire is recommended but not essential. If you do not wish to hire a car we can arrange airport collection and delivery at a rate cheaper than taxis and with no waiting.
Distances
Las Coloradas is a good base for your holiday with plenty of amenities in the local area. Lanzarote also has the advantage of being a relatively small island so that no places of interest involve long journeys eg. Timanfaya volcano is a 15 minute drive and the capital of Arrecife is a 30 minute drive.
Further details
Las Coloradas is an ideal base for walking and cycling holidays. There are facilities for playing tennis, diving and catamaran cruises at the nearby Rubicon Marina. In Playa Blanca there are the ferries to Fuerteventura and several daily boat and submarine trips. Just turn up and book. The town of Playa Blanca within a five minute drive of the villa has several supermarkets, banks, chemists, gift shops and numerous restaurants and bars.
Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to secure your booking. Bookings are taken on a strictly first come first served basis subject to a deposit being paid. The balance of your payment is due six weeks before departure.
