The villa is situated approximately 350m from the main resort of Playa Blanca, about a 5 minute walk to the pedestrian shopping street in Playa Blanca town with its bars, shops and many restaurants. Although it is very central for everything, the area is quiet and peaceful with no passing traffic.

Changeover day
Change over day is flexible.
| Bedrooms: | Upper level has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with twin beds. The lower level has one bedroom with double bed and the other with twin beds. |
| Bathrooms: | The upper level has 2 independent bathrooms to service the 4 bedrooms, and the lower level has 1 independent bathroom for the 2 bedrooms. All the bathrooms have shower cubicles, sinks and toilet, but do not have baths. |
| Kitchen: | The upper and lower levels both have their own kitchen. Each is provided with a full oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, freezer and kitchen utensils. The upper kitchen also has a dishwasher fitted. |
| Utility Room: | Iron, ironing board, washing machine, clothes airers. |
| Living Rooms: | The upper level living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a TV. Attached to the upper living area there is a conservatory with dining table and chairs. The lower level living room has two sofas, TV and a dining table with chairs. |

There is a towel change mid week for each week booked, and a cleaning service with change of linen and towels after each 7 days booked. |

Notes on accommodation
The property is great for families where grandparents - or part of the group may want to have their own independent accommodation within the house. The upper level has 4 bedrooms and the lower level has 2 bedrooms. Each level has its own separate lounge and kitchen which can be use for larger families who may want to have separate eating and dining facilities. Please note only parties paying for 9-12 persons will have access to the lower floor facilities.
Accessibility
The property is not suitable for people with limited mobility as there are approximately 10 steps at the entrance to the upper level of the house. The lower level is also accessed via a flight of steps.
Outside
There is a large terrace area surrounding the pool with a built in barbecue, large pergola for shade and patio furniture for alfresco eating. The pool is solar heated.
Coast/Beach
The town beach is a 350m walk from the villa, and the beaches of Playa Flamingo and Playa Dorada are within a 10 minute walk and easily accessible.
Golf
There is a small 9 hole golf course in Playa Blanca, and two other 18 hole golf courses, one close to Puerto del Carmen and the other in Costa Tequise.
Travel
The airport in Arrecife is about 35km away and takes approximately half an hour by car. Taxis are easily available at the airport and would cost about 40 euros each way. Transfers can also be arranged if required.
Distances
The centre of Playa Blanca town is within a 5 minute walk, and the port at Playa Blanca for ferries to Fuerteventura is also close by. The next nearest sizable town is Puerto del Carmen. Playa Blanca is ideally situated for visiting the South of the Island, the beaches of Papagayo and the stunning Fire mountains. The new port of Marina Rubicon on the North side of Playa Blanca is also well worth a visit.

Playa Blanca has two markets per week, one on Wednesday for general items and a craft market on Saturday in the Marina Rubicon.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit at the time of booking and the balance of the payment is required 8 weeks before arrival. Only clients paying the 9-12 person price will have access to the lower floor of the villa which is via a separate locked entry. Clients paying the 4 or 8 person price will only have access to the upper level of the villa with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, kitchen and all of the pool and terrace facilities.
