This 3 bedroom villa is finished to a very high standard, with top of the range furniture, furnishings and modern conveniences to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. You can enjoy the location which is situated on the champion golf resort at Caleta De Fuste. This luxurious villa includes a private heated pool (guests only). The pool is a uniform depth of 1.3 metres which makes it ideal for swimmers and non-swimmers alike. There are wonderful views of the sea,mountains and golf course from the roof terrace. Where the villa is located in the golf resort means only a 10 min walk to beach and all amenities.

Change over day is flexible, flights are available most days to the island from the UK and Europe.

The villa is situated at the beginning of the resort which means to beach is less than a 10 min walk. The beach is a man made beach so lovely for sunbathing.

Travel
The airport is only a 10 minute drive to the villa. Owner can recommend hire car if required.
Distances
The nearest town is Caleta de Fuste, this is approximately 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. There are restaurants, bars and entertainment. A taxi rank is at the car park area.

When booking at our villa we require a £150 per week deposit (non refundable), then full payment 6 weeks before your stay.

About the owner
I Live in England with my husband, my daughter and baby due in March 2010.
Before we had children we enjoyed travelling, when pregnant last year we decided to purchase a property abroad as we new we could spend a great deal of time relaxing in the sunshine whilst on maternity leave. Since being on maternity leave i have fallen pregnant again so don't spend as much time in our lovely villa as planned.

We choose to buy a property in Fuerteventura as its a very friendly, safe place to have a holiday home. It is a nice peaceful and relaxing place to get away to. Ideal for families
Unique benefits of the property
The beach is only a short walk from the villa so it is lovely for a morning stroll. The villa is lovely and quiet so you can shut yourself away if you wish. My husband loves playing on the golf course.
