Casa Paradiso is set on the exclusive Las Coloradas Estate in Playa Blanca. Playa Blanca is a fishing village, with its white washed walls and houses providing a sparkling backdrop to the sand and clear blue sea. It is in a prime location and boasts attractive waterfront bars, restaurants and shops, all good value. Playa Blanca village is a 20 min walk away from Las Coloradas round a beautiful coastal path with breathtaking views of Fuertaventura. For those wishing to visit this sister island, it can be reached by ferry from the port in Playa Blanca and takes around 35 mins. Las Coloradas itself has a shopping centre and a supermarket just a 5 min walk away near the Hotel Iberostar Papagayo. The new Marina Rubicon is a short walk along the coastal path and boasts lots of exclusive restaurants and bars such as 'Cafe Del Mar' which looks out over the Marina. There is also a craft market on a Wednesday and Saturday.

No smoking in the villa please. Sorry, no pets.
Outside
Private pool. Heat Exchanger available for pool heating at a cost of £40 per week (recommended Oct - March). Roman end with walkdown steps. Large covered patio area with table and 4 chairs, outside shower, 4 reclining sun loungers and barbecue. Flower borders. Pool lifebelt. The pool is 6m x 3m.
There is a car park with a private space available for villa
Coast/Beach
The villa is just a 10 minute walk from the superb Papagayo beaches.
Golf
Golf is available at Costa Teguise, approx 45 mins by car. There is a new 9 hole pitch and putt course in Playa Blanca next to the Playa Dorada Hotel.
Travel
The island airport is Arrecife which is approximately half an hour from Playa Blanca. Car hire is recommended - please ask for further information. The taxi rank is just outside the airport terminal for those not renting cars.

We require a non refundable £100 deposit on booking and the balance 6 weeks before departure.
