Ground floor accommodation consists of a shady covered terrace for dining 'al fresco', leading to the tastefully furnished lounge, which includes a TV/satellite/DVD/CD player. Patio doors open on to the pool area. The modern attractive fully equipped kitchen consists of a built in oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. The large covered utility room hosts the washing machine and drying area. The downstairs shower room is complete with toilet and hand basin. The accommodation consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The large double bedroom has a built in safe. Patio doors lead on to a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the splendid views overlooking the Marina and the Atlantic Ocean.

Coast/Beach
Playa Blanca is in the most Southerly part of Lanzarote and is reputed to be the sunniest part of the Island. The ferry service in the town's harbour also offers you the opportunity to visit the nearby Island of Fuerteventura. On the Westerly side of Puerto Rubicon, you have the coastal promenade, taking you into the heart of Playa Blanca where there are ample restaurants, shops and bars, whilst the opposite direction will take you to the famous natural and unspoilt white beaches of Papagayo.
Travel
Car hire is recommended to see many of the attractions of Lanzarote. I can arrange this if required.

Booking notes
Minimum rental one week. The property is booked from 2pm on day of arrival until 10am on day of departure. This is to allow for cleaning and preparation of arrivals. Cots can be provided at a cost of £12 per week. A safe is provided at no extra charge.
