On the upper floor approaching the master bedroom is a further sitting area leading onto the balcony which overlooks the pool and terrace areas. Villa Ani-Lee is situated on the outskirts of Tias, very central for visting all the island's attractions and beaches.

Coast/Beach
In the village of Tias, which is approximately 7 kilometres from the main tourist resort of Puerto Del Carmen and 5 kilometres from Arrecife Airport, you will find a supermarket, shops, good local restaurants, tapas bars, bakery, and taxi rank. Lanzarote, lying in a sub-tropical location off the coast of West Africa, has an all year round sunny climate.

Car hire recommended. Car hire can be arranged to meet you at the airport at competitive rates. Don't forget your driving licence.

Booking notes
Minimum rental one week. The property is booked from 2 pm on day of arrival until 10 am on day of departure. This is to allow for cleaning and preparation of arrivals. Cots can be provided at a cost of £12 per week. A safe is provided at no extra charge.
