Detached, 2 bedroom villa with private heated pool and air-conditioning. Ideal for those who wish to chill out, take a swim or lay in the sun and read a book. Callao Salvaje is the best location for most holiday pursuits. Golf, diving, walking, paragliding, go-carting are all within a short travelling distance. The whole island is accessible with organised coach trips, boat trips, bicycle hire, buggy hire, show tickets and many more activities booked in the village. The village has a regular bus service and if you prefer there are several competitive car hire outlets. There is something for everyone in Tenerife and all can be enjoyed in glorious sunshine!

Notes on accommodation
Baby cot and high chair can be provided free of charge on request. There is a small supply of coffee, tea, milk, sugar and water provided for your use on arrival. A selection of books, DVDs and boxed games are provided for you to read, watch or play whilst staying at the villa. There is a large folder containing information and up to date leaflets of all attractions available. Internet access is available and adequate fire precautions are in place.
Accessibility
Access to the villa is along a flat walkway and there are approximately 6 steps down to the Villa. The villa is a bungalow style and there are no further steps to negotiate.
Outside
At Villa Lola there is a separate utility room where you will find an extra fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board, and cleaning equipment, at this side of the villa there is also a raised cactus garden with a selection of mature cacti, further along there is a BBQ area, complete with BBQ and table and chairs for dining alfresco, a beautiful wooden pergola runs the whole length of the villa giving essential shade, also beneath the pergola there is a dining table and 6 chairs, also a wicker table and 4 chairs. Of importance to the parents of small children is the locked safety railings which cordon off the pool from the patio areas a facility for serious consideration when booking a villa with a pool. To compliment the exterior of the villa a selection of potted palm trees and various potted plants are placed about the patio areas. The wet area around the pool is tiled with non slip tiles and cordoned off with locked safety railings.
Coast/Beach
The beach Callao Salvaje is half sand, half pebble. There is a small jetty ideal for snorkeling or fishing and is approximately 5 minutes walk from the villa. There are numerous small coves with beaches along the coast all accessible and enjoyable.
Golf
There are several golf courses within 10-15 minutes car drive from the villa. Abama Golf 4km, Costa Adeje 5km, Golf Las Americas 9km, Los Palos 12km. Transport to these courses can be arranged on request.
Travel
The nearest airport is the Sophia Reina (Tenerife South) and is approximately a 20 minute drive away. We can arrange for you to be picked up from the airport and brought direct to the villa, please enquire. Los Cristianos is the nearest ferry port 10km. Car hire is not essential as there is a good regular bus service and a taxi rank in the village. If you prefer car hire is available in the village and there are several competitive outlets locally.

Adeje 6kms. San Juan, Los Gigantes, Los Cristianos 10km. Playas de Las Americas 10kms.
Further details
The village has a good selection of bars and restaurants. There are several banks, doctor, dentist, chemist and four small supermarkets together with a good selection of small individual shops including leatherware, general gifts, money exchange, excursion and showtime ticket sales office, shoe shop, clothes and costume jewellery.
Booking notes
A deposit of £150 is required to secure a booking. This is non refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance due 6 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. Bookings due for departure within 6 weeks wil be required to pay the full balance at the time of booking.Access to the villa on the day of arrival is 2pm and the villa must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure to enable us to prepare the villa for future visitors and we appreciate your co-operation with this request.
