Beautiful 4 bedroom villa with a private solar heated pool set in a quiet area but in close proximaty to all your amenities. As well as your private pool you also have access to the large lagoon pool only 1 minute walk away. The villa comprises of 4 bedrooms. Situated in Playa Del Ingles and approximately 2-3 minutes walk to the Yumbo centre with its bars and restaurants. The beach is located 15 minutes away by foot or if you prefer to take a taxi they are very cheap.

Price is based on 8 persons in UK pounds sharing.
For the extra persons the charge would be £50 per person per week.
Changeover day
Changeover days are on Mondays, check in time for the villa is 4pm many early arrivals are more than welcome to leave cases whilst cleaner carries on cleaning, check out time from villa is 10am and we can help find somewhere for you stay on your last day.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed and en-suite. Bedroom 2, 3 and 4 are twin rooms with 2 shared bathrooms. All rooms have plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Extra person will sleep on the sofa beds provided in a separate room. |
| Bathrooms: | The en-suite and separate bathrooms consist of a shower, toilet and sink. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen consists of a washing machine, dishwasher, 4 ring hob, fridge and freezer, microwave and oven. The kitchen has all your upto date cooking utensils, toaster and kettle. The villa also provides and iron and ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: | The comfortable living room area has patio doors that open onto the terrace area to give you good access around the villa. The villa has a plasma TV with DVD player,English satellite TV and music system. |

Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning can be pre-booked and the cost weekly would be 50 euros. We will also provide cots and highchairs free of charge. English Satellite TV.
Accessibility
When entering the villa there is a ramp for easy access and the villa is all on flat, the roof terrace however has spiral stairs to access.
Outside
The outside area has a barbeque area with a large table and chairs, sunbeds and mattress are also provided. The pool is solar heated and private and you also have use of the communal lagoon pool, which has a seperate children's pool.
Coast/Beach
The beach is 10 minutes walk away where you will find a long stretch of beautiful sand.
Travel
The nearest airport is Las Palmas and you are about 15-20 minutes drive away, we can provide transfers for you or send you the directions.
Distances
2-3 minutes walk from the Yumbo Centre with all its bars and restaurants, money exchange. Playa Del Ingles Beach is 15 minutes walk away. So much to do in Playa Del Ingles, Maspalomas and Meloneras and you are a few minutes away by car from each resort.

We normally ask for 25% deposit and the rest is due 8 weeks before you travel.

I settled in Gran Canaria 10 years ago and decided to run a small business from here. Life here is much less hurried than in the U.K. which suits me fine.
Why the owner chose a home in this location
I had rented this property and liked the area and did not need a car to travel around the resiort as it was so centyral. I was very pleased when the property came on the market and I was lucky enough to be in position to buy.
