Casa Oasis is a charming typical Canarian chalet, built in 2006 in the quite urbanization of La Pared on the southern coast of Fuerteventura. Sleeps to 4/5 people. The house is surrounded by a tropical garden and two terraces with patio doors. The total area of the property is 305m2. In the garden is also an outside shower. Garden furniture is available. Parking is available. Children are welcome and smoking is not allowed. Casa Oasis has a satellite TV, CD player and CDs, Play Station and various games, DVD-player and DVD-collection, inside grill and BBQ. Located just 600 meter from its own beach playa La Pared.

Casa Oasis is suitable for children and pets are welcome on request with the owner. We respectfully ask that you do not smoke inside the house.

Casa Oasis is privately set in a large tropical garden with terraces and a path around the house. It has patio-doors from the house and bedrooms to the garden, outdoor furniture, outdoor shower and barbeque. Beach furniture, parasols, garden furniture.
Coast/Beach
Casa Oasis is located on a 10 minutes walk to the beach of La Pared. This beach is excellent for swimming and word famous for surfing. The beaches of Costa Calma including world famous Sotavento are only a short drive from La Pared. Enjoy beaches and chill out in peaceful accommodation like Casa Oasis in the quite town of La Pared!
Golf
600m to local golf course of La Pared. 20 minutes to Morro Jable golf course. 2 golf courses 40 minutes to Caleta de Fuste.
Special interest holidays
Surf schools are available in La Pared. Diving, windsurf and kite surf courses are available in Costa Calma. Horse riding is available near La Pared.
Travel
La Pared is located 50 minutes of the international airport of Puerto Rosario. Use of car is highly recommended. Car rentals are available from the airport. Reservation in high season is highly reccommended.
Distances
Places of interest are Ajuy, Giniginmar, Las Playitas, Costa Calma, Morro Jable, Cofete and Tarajalejo. These places of interest can be easily reached by car, exept Cofete which is very exceptional and is probably the highlight of southern Fuerteventura.
Further details
La Pared has a few bars and restaurants and can be reached in are a short walking distance. Supermarkets other restaurants, shops, and doctors can be found in Costa Calma. Oasis Park in La Lajita is less than 10 mins drive away, it offers camel rides, parrot shows and a zoo. A drive into the mountains, direction of Pajara offers a change to the beach. Wonderful sunsets can be seen at famous fish restaurant Bahia La Pared, just 3 minutes drive away from Casa Oasis.

About the owner
We are the owners since 2005, our house is finalized in summer 2006. We are dedicated to Fuerteventura, and in special to La Pared and its surroundings. We love the island, and visit it as much as possible. We speak and write Spanish, English, German and Dutch fluently. We love to maintain our property when we are there.

La Pared is a purely residential village and this fact guarantees the fantastic tranquillity, because mass tourism is kept at a distance. Due to its great location, La Pared not only is sought after by holiday makers, but also by permanent residents. La Pared has a ease access to all interesting places in southern Fuerteventura. A great advantage is the remoteness from the crowds. The beach of La Pared is a well kept secret, and fortunately not many people know that it exists, so that it never gets overcrowded. Take a sun-downer on the terrace and enjoy La Pareds famous sunsets! Furthermore, there is a special micro-climate in La Pared, which earned it the title ‘seaside resort with a therapeutic climate’. Absolutely no need for fans or any AC.
