Full payment due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Non-refundable with same terms as deposit. Christmas/New Year weeks £100 deposit/week.

My family and I stayed at Windsor park in Feb 2010. We were very happy with the place. It was very clean and tidy on our arrival. The apartment was well equipped for our needs.There was also a good selection of DVDs and CDs (which kept my 14yr old daughter amused in the evenings). The balcony is nice and large with sun loungers, table/chairs and clothes dryer. it also boast some great views and sunsets. It is also a quiet place so we enjoyed a good nights sleep! Overall Windsor park is a great place to stay on a budget and by far the nicest apartment we've stayed in on Tenerife. Highly recommend.

About the owner
Hi! My name is Phyllis although all my friends call me Polly because my previous name was Parrott! I am a sister working in a busy gynaecology dept and I have been a nurse for 33 years. My husband Bob is a design engineer in shipbuilding. We have wanted to own an apartment in Tenerife for many years, either for us to live in when we retired, or as a holiday rental for a bit of income now and when we retired. We soon realised that we couldn't afford a place for our retirement that met our needs so we set about finding a holiday rental apartment.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
I set about visiting every complex to see which ones we liked but was really disappointed in how 'tired' some of them were. Also some were high rise concrete towers! I loved Windsor Park straight away, it was so pretty, the complex had amazing views, it was done in traditional Spanish style, it was far enough away from the hubbub to be quiet, but near enough to San Eugenio and LA for a bit of nightlife. Unfortunately even the studios were over our budget. I went to see around 70 properties all over LA, Golf del Sur & Los Cris & had narrowed my choice down to 4 studios but I wasn't happy. One day I was looking on a website & voila! A 1 bed apartment had been drastically reduced on WP due to the recession & the rest was history. It meant we could have a property for retirement & rental!

Unique benefits of the property
The big thing with WP is the views. You get sea, pool, panoramic, La Gomera, mountain views & afternoon & evening sun. Not many complexes can boast this from 1 apartment! We have furnished it to meet the needs of most guests so they can reduce luggage, as items such as iron, hairdryer, books, CDs, DVDs etc is included. It also is equipped so that you really can cook for yourself if you wish & sit out on the large balcony with your meal & have a bottle of vino & watch the sun go down! There is a management company available 24 hours for emergencies & the apartment has had it's electrics checked & updated. The apartment also has security grills on all doors & windows, a safe & night security guard. We have also considered guests safety so have provided fire equipment.
