Casa Roja is a superb & spacious detached 3 bed villa with sea views and is located in a peaceful area of Playa Blanca but close to bars, supermarkets, restaurants and only 15 mins walk from the gorgeous golden Papagayo beaches! The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms with air-con and 2 bathrooms (one is ensuite) complete with white fluffy towels! The open plan lounge has leather sofas and Sky TV, HIFI, Ipod dock and a big dining room table and chairs and a separate fully equipped kitchen. From the lounge through large patio doors is the top terrace which has a hardwood table & chairs plus sun loungers and an lovely partly enclosed lounge area, 2 steps lead down to the pool terrace complete with a built in BBQ, more loungers with comfy cushions and the fully heated swimming pool. Finally there is the gorgeous hammock to unwind in and enjoy the peace and quiet in the pretty garden! This villa is perfectly suited for those looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday in lovely surroundings!

2012: Up to 2p= £595, Up to 4p= £695, Up to 6p= £795. Included electric pool heating,welcome pack,24/7 emergency number.Mid week towel change and weekly clean. Air-con in bedrooms is "pay as you use" but free in July and August! Booking deposit of £200/wk is required and also a £200 returnable damage deposit cheque is required. WIFI can be hired weekly for €25 but is 'subject to availability'.
Changeover day
Main changeover day is Thursday 3pm - Thursday 10am. Any length of stay welcome over 1 week, less than 1 week is possible but full week price will be charged!

This villa has private off road parking for 2 cars and has approx 10 steps up to the front door, the inside of the villa is all on one level with the exception of bedroom 3 and there are 2 steps down to the pool terrace.
Outside
Outside there are spacious pretty gardens and terraces, the top terrace is complete with hardwood table and chairs and sun loungers plus the added bonus of a partly enclosed outside lounge area with sofas and chairs from which to enjoy the fabulous views, just perfect for cooler evenings and chilling out during the day! and not forgetting the fantastic hammock to relax and unwind in! On the lower pool terrace there are is a further 4 loungers with comfy cushions and an umbrella and the large built in BBQ. The private pool (20ft x 10ft) benefits from both types of pool heating, solar in the summer and and electrically heated in the cooler months when there are less hours of sun to heat the solar panels effective! meaning a lovely warm pool (27-30 degrees) all year round! This is all surrounded by a mature garden with palms and hibscus etc!
Coast/Beach
The gorgeous natural Papagayo beaches are approx 15 minutes off road walk away from the villa or a 3 min drive, alternatively the Playa Dorada beach is about 3 minutes drive from the villa and this is a beach with sunbeds, cafes and here you can also enjoy water sports!
Distances
There is a little centre "El Pueblo" a few minutes walk from the villa complete with food supermarket with fresh fish,meat & fruit & veg, 2 snack bars serving everything from toasties & steaks and are great if you fancy a take away!!...and a sports bar. The fantastic new marina is approximately 20-25 minute stroll from the villa or a couple of minutes by car, and the main village of Playa Blanca is 5 minutes away by car.
