Ideally situated in an elevated position on the 18th fairway overlooking the whole golf course. The villa has 4 attractive, air-conditioned, spacious bedrooms. There are ample outside sun loungers and seating areas to accommodate all 8 people and a large BBQ area and play area for table tennis etc. The living room has a flat screen TV with full UK TV channels including Sky. The patio doors from the living room lead to the beautiful sun terrace which overlooks the large 8m x 4m heated private and covered swimming pool with Roman steps. The terrace is furnished with sunloungers, a dining table and chairs and a there is a large barbecue area at the back overlooking the 18th fairway, perfect for alfresco dining. An exterior stairway at the side of the villa leads to the roof terrace which boasts views over the golf course towards the sea.

Changeover day
Wednesday and Saturdays, but flexible.

The local beach is about 800 - 900 metres away and is within walking distance.
Golf
This course was the first to be built in Fuerteventura. It hosted a few professional events over the last few years and is a good test for all golfers.
Travel
10 mins by car or taxi (15 Euros). Use Cicar.com or Avis/Hertz/Europcar for booking car hire, pre-book at home before you arrive to save time and money.
Distances
The main town of Caleta and all the local shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance.
Further details
The shopping centre has numerous clothes and sports shops as well as banking and supermarket facilities within walking distance. There is also a McDonalds, Burger King, pizzerias and an amusement arcade/cinema.
Booking notes
20% deposit at time of booking with the balance paid 4 weeks before arrival. There is a 150 euro breakage deposit payable on arrival.
Guest comments
Markus, we had an absolutely amazing time. Basically the kids were in the pool from within 5 mins of arriving and didn't get out again till we left. The villa was lovely and the setting made for a totally chilled couple of weeks. We hired a car and went both north and south. Cafeta was lovely and the breakers on that secluded beach were crazy.

Just wanted to thank you once again for your villa (9th-23rd July). We had a fantastic time and you have a stunning villa. Everyone really enjoyed it. The location is perfect. Close enough to walk but not right in the centre of everything. And also many thanks to Deb who was a great help with any queries that we had. She was really nice and very helpful.
We will definately be back at some point in the future.
