Notes on accommodation
The bungalow have two separate air-condition / heaters. There is a baby chair for the tables. Electricty and wather is included in the rent. Departure cleaning is included in the cost of rent.

There is two stairs with total 4 steps to the entrance from the road.
Outside
The bungalow has a private nice garden, approx 80 qm, with nice view of the sea and area with palms. Outdoor furniture with table and 6 chairs, under roof. 2 nice relaxed sun beds.
Coast/Beach
Nearest sandy beaches is in San Agustin, 5-7 minutes walk from the bungalow. Here You can rent sun beds, have a lunch at a nice restaurant in front of the beach. Walking along the beach on a walking way, to Playa Ingles and Mas Palomas. Take a walk one way and the bus back to San Agustin.
Golf
Lots of nice good golf courses in the south part of Gran Canaria.
Travel
The airport is Las Palmas (LPA) and its 20 minutes with taxi or bus. You don´t need a car to stay in San Agustin and our bungalow. If You want You rent a car at the airport for Your week or You rent a car in San Agustin for some days. Nearest car rent is beside the reception at Rocas Rojas (approx. 300 meters away).

Hello! I am Berth-Inge Lundberg and owner of the bungalow at Rocas Rojas, San Agustin, together with my wife Paula. We have a boy, 4,5 Year and he like to stay at Gran Canarias with nice weather, year around. Then also nice pools and the beach!

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We like to have a holiday home in a nice part of Europe with good weather year around. You can all the time go there with lot of flights from North of Europe.

The weather, sun and bath. Quiet area which is clean, a lot of green areas, nice beach walk and also good for running.
