These villas are situated in beautifully landscaped gardens around a large heated swimming pool. The villas face south and have a pergola covered sun terrace and private, pretty garden with patio furniture, sun loungers and a barbeque. They are single storey bungalow with spacious lounge and dining area and are extremely well equipped for self catering. Inside they are furnished to a very high standard and are light and spacious with ceramic tiled floors throughout They have satellite TV, CD/cassette player, washing machine, microwave and DVD player. WIFI internet access is available in the bar and reception areas and most villas. Las Brisas has two floodlit tennis courts, a bar, shop and restaurant, a childrens’ playground and a games room and a heated paddling pool, as well as the superb heated swimming pool. The village of Playa Blanca and the village beach is just a short stroll away. It has many delightful shops, a wide choice of restaurants – and a harbour offering boat trips.

Notes on prices
The prices shown are for 2 people in the 2 bedroom villa and 4 people in the 3 bedroom villa, please add £40 per extra person per week. We can hire folding beds for £25 per week and a cot for £25 per week and a high chair for £15 per week.

The changeover day is a Thursday.

This semi-detached villa is ideally situated, close to the pool. The front doors lead in to the spacious open plan living area. The lounge has 2 comfortable sofas and 2 armchairs and is equipped with a colour TV BBC, ITV and some Sky TV, DVD player,CD player and ipod dock. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms at an extra charge. There is WIFI internet access in the bar and reception areas and in most villas. The fully fitted kitchen has a full size cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, juicer and coffee-maker and is very well equipped with crockery and utensils. There is an iron, ironing board and clothes airer. The master bedroom has aft wide double bed with en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and washbasin whilst the second and third bedrooms have twin beds. There is a wall safe for valuables and a hairdryer. The separate bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. All bedrooms are large with comfortable beds and large wardrobes. |

Notes on accommodation
The 2 bedroom villa can accommodate up to 6 and the 3 bedroom up to 8 with the use of folding beds. We can also rent cots and high chairs from reception. We have made our villas real homes from home and so there is a book library and a large selection of videos and/or DVD's including childrens films. There is also a childrens channel on the Sky TV. The cupboard on the patio has buckets and spades and various other inflatables left by other guests.
Las Brisas is fully wheelchair accessible and so are our villas - but with the exception of getting through the bathroom door which may not be possible for all but the narrowest of wheelchairs.
Outside
The villas are situated in beautifully landscaped gardens around a large shared heated pool and a heated paddling pool. There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool area and it's a short stroll to the bar which also sells soft drinks, ice creams and food.
There are 2 tennis courts - floodlit at night - booked through reception.
The villas themselves have a private patio garden with gate. There are sun loungers and patio table and chairs and a barbecue.
Coast/Beach
There are 3 golden sand beaches within walking distance of Las Brisas. The nearest - the village beach is under 5 minutes walk away, Playa Dorada about 15 minutes walk away and Playa Flamingo about 20 minutes walk away. The nearby beaches of Papagayo are only a short drive. Playa Dorada has a selection of activities including pedalos, jet-skis and big banana and also has shops and bars behind it and a snack bar on the beach.
Golf
Playa Blanca is about 30 - 40 minutes drive to the golf course at Costa Teguise.
Travel
Arrecife airport is about 30 minutes drive away.
Car hire is not essential as Las Brisas is in the heart of Playa Blanca only a couple of minutes walk from the village with it's pedestrianised main street, shops, restaurants and beach. We would recommend car hire to see more of this beautiful island.
Further details
There are several supermarkets in the village as well as several ATM machines and banks. There is a nice childrens playground and also several interesting shops where you can buy clothing, gifts and perfume. Playa Blanca has a wide variety of restaurants and a good choice of bars. The evening's entertainment would involve a good meal, a stroll along the promenade and a drink. Playa Blanca is family oriented and definitely not for clubbers. A couple of bars have live music or karaoke and there is family entertainment in the Las Brisas bar most nights.

We take payment by cheque or bank transfer. We take a deposit of 30% at the time of booking and the balance is due 2 months before travel.

I currently live in North London with my other half and 2 lovely school age girls.
I first visited Playa Blanca 23 years ago and have been nearly every year since! My children have been every year since they were born.
I used to wonder why people kept going back to the same place year after year, but having discovered Playa Blanca and now that I have children, I understand why. Our villas really are homes from home and on safe, beautiful complexes just a short stroll from the beaches shops and restaurants.
