Set on a quiet and peaceful complex. An ideal location, it is private and spacious . It has a large double bedroom, a second bedroom with full size bunk beds and a single bedroom, with an extra folding bed if needed. The apartment has a TV and DVD player and a selection of DVDs and other home comforts. The complex is in an excellent location with sea views and only a small walk to the harbour and bars and 10 minute walk to the main beach.

Bedroom 1 with large double bed. Bedroom 2 with full size bunk beds. Bedroom 3 with single bed. Please note due to the layout the bathroom can only be accessed via the main bedroom and this makes it suitable for families but not a group of 6 adults. Bathroom with bath/shower over the bath and WC. Separate kitchen with fitted units. Fridge, cooker/hob, full size oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, all new cooking utensils crockery glasses provided and dining table and chairs. The lounge is spacious and has a TV and DVD player ( with a range of DVDs). There is also a CD player and seating for 6. Private terrace with table and chairs for outside dining. Towels and bed linen included. 2 towels per person provided on arrival.
Additional towels and bedding left in the apartment if 2 week stay. If towel change is required midweek to be negotiated with cleaner - additional charge.

The apartment is on the ground floor of two floors, and over looks the swimming pool.
The terrace has a lockable gate and is secure and safe for small children.There is patio seating for 4.
The lounge is spacious and has Sky TV and a DVD player, CD player.
There is a spacious twin bedroom with floor to ceiling wardrobes, and a second bedroom with a single bed. There is a putup bed / spare mattress for a 4th guest.The bathroom has a shower over bath.
The kitchen has high gloss units and granite work surfaces. There is a microwave oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, toaster and washing machine, as well as first aid and sewing kits.
This stunning apartment was the show home for the complex and has been refurbished to a high standard, the kitchen is very contemporary, and the lounge has a modern feel with wooden flooring and red leather seating.

 

Notes on accommodation
The accommodation is on the ground floor of 2 floors. The communal pool area has an adult and a baby pool and a small playground and is therefore ideal for young children. The terrace is enclosed. Please note at the present time the pools are out of action but a pool at Balcon del Mar is available to our guests and is 250 meters from the complex. Therefore the prices shown are discounted from the normal rates.

Accessibility
The property is accessible, though there are a few steps to the apartment. Parking available.

Outside
The gardens and settings are beautiful, particularly the views of the sea and mountains. The apartment has an enclosed terrace for outside dining. The adult pool is large and well kept and the baby pool is safe and inviting. There are new patio sets and parasols around the pool. The pool is shared between the other 49 apartments.

Coast/Beach
The small beach which has been awarded the blue flag and harbour is 8 minutes walk away. The main beach which runs for miles with golden sand and flanked by shops and bars is approximately 10 minutes walk. The Bios Fera shopping complex is only an 8 minute walk away.

Golf
There are various golf courses nearby. A new one only a couple of miles away near Peurto Calero.

Special interest holidays
Ideal for scuba divers. Only 8 minute walk to Play Chica Bay when all the diving and watersports take place.

Travel
Arrecife airport is 10 minutes and approx 15 euros by taxi. Car hire is not essential but recommended to see the entire island and make the most of your holiday. The bus stop is just a minute walk from the entrance of the apartments and regular buses travel to the beach from the entrance.

Distances
The small beach and harbour is 8 minutes walk away. The main beach and shops approx 10 mins walk. The Boes Fera shopping complex is only an 8 min walk away. Puerto Calero is only 5 mins by car and Playa Blanca is 20 mins by car. Arrecife is approx 15 mins by car. There is an abundance of places to visit such as Fire Mountain, water parks, and Cactus Gardens all within easy access via bus links.

Further details
Banks, shops, bars, restaurants are all within a short walk away. The harbour, bars, shops and small beach is only 8 minute walk. The main strip in the new town being approx 10-15 min walk or two minute taxi ride costing 2 euros. There is a bank and range of shops and supermarkets just outside the entrance.

Booking notes
Booking to be made by email or telephone. Deposits to be paid by cheque if time of booking is longer than 6 weeks prior to stay. Remainder to be sent 6 weeks prior to stay. Payment in full if within 6 weeks of stay. In addition there will be a £100 refundable deposit to cover any damage or lose of keys.
