Coast/Beach
30 second walk to Las Canteras beach. The beach is a 3km long cove with a natural reef – called ‘La Barra’, which is about 200m long and located some hundred meters off the beach – turning this stretch of beach into a wonderful lagoon with temperate waters. This beach also offers ideal conditions for all kinds of water sports. The beach is cleaned every evening and also has facilities for children. Several other beaches within a maximum half hour drive.
Golf
A number of good quality local golf courses c. 20 minute drive from apartment.
Travel
Gran Canaria Airport (LPA) approximately a 15 minute taxi ride or 25 minute bus journey to the apartment.
Distances
Las Palmas is split between the old and new town. There are lots of museums, shops, cafes, restaurants and bars.
Booking notes
A 50% deposit will be required if the booking is more than 8 weeks before the departure date. If a deposit is paid and you decide to cancel, the deposit is non-refundable. If the travel date is less than 8 weeks before date of travel the full payment is required. We also ask for a £75 fully refundable deposit in case of any breakages or damage to the apartment and an end of occupancy charge of £40 for cleaning is required and not included in the rental price.

Dear Ben, I would just like to write and say what a fabulous apartment you have in Las Palmas. The views are amazing and it was an absolute joy to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by, witness amazing sunsets and to continually hear the sound of the ocean. It is extremely well equipped and had everything one could possibly want in an apartment on holiday. I cannot recommend it more highly, and have already directed colleagues and friends to Owners Direct to check it out!
Dear Ben, I would just like to say what a wonderful week we had at the apartment in Las Palmas. For the first time in a long time we felt as though we where in touch with the real Spain. The area catered really well for all our needs. Beach absolutely fantastic, it is a real living beach!
We really enjoyed a glass or two of wine on the balcony watching the life on the beach and fantastic sun sets. Will recommend and will probably visit again in the near future.
