Villa Carolla is a stylish fully furnished 4 bedroom villa. It has its own private pool, BBQ area and a picturesque small landscaped garden. The private upper sun terraces offer stunning sea views to the front and the backdrop of the idyllic Tiede mountain range at the rear. A brand new sports facility has now opened at the top of the village and contains 50m and 25m heated pools, gym, squash and outdoor tennis courts: which are open to the public. 5 minute walk to the harbour promenade and many unique fish restaurants and stylish Spanish tapas bars. Costa Adeje Golf club is a 5 min drive and Aqua Water Park and the new Siam Water Park only a 10 min drive. There is a regular bus service into nearby Los Cristianos and surrounding areas.

Prices are calculated for the property per week in UK pounds and are dependant upon how many guests are in the party booking and the time of year. Shorter breaks may be accommodated in quiet periods- please email for prices. We are as happy filling the villa with 8 guests as we are with only 4 and this will be reflected in the price we quote. Obviously over bank holidays we may not always be able to accommodate smaller parties but please feel free to contact us. Regards Michael & Karen.

Living Rooms: Dining table, extensive lounge seating with satellite TV, DVD Player, WIFI and patio doors to the pool area, where there is additional eating areas.
Other: Good wardrobe units in all bedrooms and a secure safe for valuables and passports. Upstairs bedroom has its own patio and seating area. Basement has its own games area and fridge for storage of drinks.

linen/maid service:
All towels and bed linen are included. For fortnightly stays all beds are changed and a mini clean is undertaken. A meet and greet service is provided at the beginning of each stay included in the price.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is in a tranquil fishing village which is very flat with no awkward steps and suitable for easy walking access to all local supermarket and restaurant amenities. The local supermarket is only a 3 minute walk away and is open every day until 23.00hrs.

Accessibility
The main living areas, bathrooms and three of the four bedrooms are all on the ground floor: which is comfortably accessible from the street. Offstreet parking is usually available straight outside the villa.

Outside
Outside are sun loungers and patio furniture, situated on three floors. Barbecue area and a 5m x 5m x 5ft deep private swimming pool which has recently been re-tiled with a new sun bathing patio area with outdoor shower unit. There is a new bar area with 6 seats for relaxing, especially with that evening cocktail!

Coast/Beach
The sea front is a 5 minute walk from the villa and the local beach is a 10 min stroll along the seafront promenade.

Golf
Less than 1 mile away is the Adeje Sur Golf Club, Venue of the 2003 Spanish Golf Open. The golf club offers a relaxing club house, 18 and 9 hole courses and for the less energetic a fantastic driving range and all facilities are open to the visiting holidaymakers.

Travel
The village of La Caleta is only 30 minutes by taxi from the airport in the south west of the island. There are two taxi ranks, one at each side of the village.

Distances
Supermarkets and restaurants are all within 100m of the villa. The local air conditioned bus service starts at La Caleta village and drives the 30 minutes route to Los Cristianos via Playa de las Americas. El Duque beach and several 5 star hotels, all with excellent nightly entertainment, are a 10 minute walk away

Further details
The villa is a 5 minute stroll to small tapas bars, fish restaurants, shops and a new £20 million sports facility which boasts an Olympic 50m and 25m swimming pools, gym, squash, volleyball and tennis facilities: all available to the public. The Aqua Park, the new Siam Water Park and many boating activities; including whale watching sea trips, are available and only a 10 min taxi ride from the villa.

Booking notes
A 20% deposit secures your booking with the balance becoming due 6 weeks prior to arrival. A meet and greet service is in operation therefore flight details will be required.

About the owner
About us My wife and I live in West Yorkshire, England, along with our 1 year old Black Cockerpoo dog called Izzy. When the villa isn't rented we try and get over as much as possible - why? Because La Caleta is a beautiful quiet village style resort. The villa is positioned in the centre of the village with easy access to the beachfront, tapas style restaurants and little cafe bars. What more could you ask for.... Most of the accomodation is on the ground floor but we have an additional two patio areas upstairs which provide either great views of the sea or the mountains. We want our guests to enjoy our home as much as we do. Regards Michael & Karen
