Changeover day
We ask you to politely vacate the apartment by 11am but at no extra cost, a later time may be arranged dependent on further bookings.

| Bedrooms: | The bedroom area has a double bed with fitted wardrobes and although this is a studio apartment, this room is separate to the lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Long mirror and hairdryer. Safe fitted in the wardrobe. |
| Bathrooms: | The bathroom has a bath with shower over, a W/C and a wash basin with lights over the mirror. |
| Kitchen: | Our apartment has a fully fitted kitchen including washing machine, iron and ironing board, oven, hob, fridge with small freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, saucepans and crockery. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge has a double leather sofa bed, an armchair, Flat screen TV with English channels 1-5 and community channels, DVD player and DVDs, bookcase and books. The double sided sliding doors lead to the balcony patio area. |
| Other: | Our apartment has a large balcony with superb sea views. For dining there is a table and four chairs, where you can relax in the sunshine from early morning to late afternoon. As it is a large deep balcony you can also benefit from sitting in the shade. |

Notes on accommodation
Excellent apartment suited for both families and couples. 24 hour reception, internet corner and on-site supermarket at reasonable prices. Everything is within walking distance of the apartment and therefore no car is necessary unless you wish to explore the island. Ideal location for the new Siam Park, Jungle Park, Aqua Park and Monkey Park (all parks provide a free bus service). Smoking is not permitted in the apartment however smokers may do so on the terrace.
Accessibility
Our apartment is on the same floor as reception, however you do have to go down four steps which may make it difficult for wheelchair users.
Outside
The upper terrace has wonderful panoramic views of the mountains and undisturbed views of the sea and surrounding area. There is a large tiered swimming pool with different depths to suit everyone, including a secured children's area. The pool bar provides drinks, slush, ice cream, light meals and snacks which are very good value. There are numerous secluded sunbathing areas around or away from the pool if preferred. All sun loungers and parasols are provided free of charge.
Coast/Beach
Fanabe beach is approximately 100 metres walk away. The beach provides a great number of water sports activities such as scuba diving, snorkelling, jet bikes, parascending and banana boats.
There are fantastic sea excursions where the resident pilot whales (one of only 3 places on earth where they are resident all year round) and dolphins can be observed. Eden Charter Catamaran is highly recommended (can be booked through many excursion operators in the resort). Excellent coastal walks.
Golf
There are numerous golf courses in the area, the closest and most upmarket is in the resort of La Caleta 5 minutes drive away.
Travel
Fly to Tenerife South (Reina Sofia airport). Taxi to Sol Sunbeach is approx 20 mins, cost of 20-25 euros.
Distances
Las Americas is 5 mins away in a taxi or if you prefer a lovely coastal walk it is approx 30 mins away. Los Christanos is a further 15 minutes if you are feeling adventurous! However the most beautiful place for a short stroll is Bahia Del Duque only five minutes away (turning right when you reach the beach).
Further details
There are many shops, supermarkets, banks, restaurants and bars all within metres of the complex. There is a new cinema/shopping/entertainment complex with bars and restaurants just 10 minutes walk away.
A free bus is supplied to Jungle Park, Siam Park, Monkey Park and Aqualand (Details from leaflets supplied by many excursion outlets. You can also find leaflets at the Sol Sun Beach reception area).
Booking notes
Deposit of £50 per week (non refundable) when booking confirmed and balance due 8 weeks before start of rental period. Payment to be made by cheque or bank payment.
