There is a beautiful lagoon-style communal pool adjacent to the property. The villa has 3 large double bedrooms (1 en-suite) and is beautifully furnished throughout. It has satellite system with a huge selection of movie and sports channels and a home cinema, surround sound system. The kitchen is fully fitted with brand new appliances including large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric hob and oven - everything required for a memorable holiday. There is a large garden and a beautifully spacious roof terrace equipped with garden furniture including sun loungers to ensure you can avail of all that beautiful sunshine for which Fuerteventura is famous.

A new private heated swimming pool has been installed for the sole use of guests. The garden has been fully landscaped to ensure your comfort while soaking up the long hours of Canarian sunshine. The garden also includes a putting green to help you improve your short game when you feel like a little activity or a break from all the sunbathing or swimming in our private pool!

Large beautifully landscaped garden and sun terrace with private heated (optional) pool with a pool safety fence, if required, barbecue, garden table, 6 chairs, sun loungers. Rooftop solarium with sun loungers and stunning views of sand-dunes, Los Lobos and Lanzarote.
Coast/Beach
Within less than a 5 minute drive from villa is the beautiful expanse of Flag Beach with its emphasis on water sport including kite-surfing, windsurfing etc. Also many quiet lay-back beaches for the less energetic who want to concentrate on soaking in the year-round sunny Canarian climate. Other activities available locally include fishing trips, boat trips, golf (championship course 35 minutes away), cycling, tennis and horse riding. The Baku Waterpark is a 20 minute walk from the villa.
Golf
Championship golf course 35 minutes drive - Spanish Open held here in 2004. New Par 3 golf course open to public within 5 minutes walk from villa.
Travel
30 minute drive to Fuerteventura airport and within 5 minute drive of ferry to Lanzarote. Car hire, while not essential is recommended to get full value from your holiday. Airport collection can be arranged.
Distances
The harbour area has a host of cafes and bars which are ideal to relax and watch the boats and ferries coming and going. Take a round-island drive and experience the stunning scenery from the miles of sand dunes in the North to the stunning mountain scenery in the East to the hundreds of golden sandy beaches dotted all over the Island. Discover quaint little villages tucked away in mountain and coastal areas all over the island. Round island trip can be completed in a day or divide into a few.

Payment by Paypal/credit card also accepted (3.5% charge). Heating of the private pool costs €50 per week.
