In undoubtedly the best complex in the area, this property is steps from the pool and children's pool. Boasting a large sunny terrace, this apartment is furnished to a very high standard and fully equipped with all you need to enjoy the perfect holiday. The large sitting room is tastefully decorated and has two leather couches, 32" LCD TV, DVD player, and stereo with cd player. There is a separate kitchen/ dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave oven, fridge freezer, electric oven and hob etc. A separate utility area contains a washing machine. One of the two bathrooms is also located downstairs, both of which have showers. The three bedrooms and second bathroom are upstairs. The complex is quiet and is beautifully maintained. It is gated, secure and suitable for children. It also has a tennis court.

There are large built-in wardrobes in all the bedrooms. Bedroom 2 also has a double bed and smaller balcony, also overlooking the pool.

Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms, each with wc, sink and shower.
Kitchen: Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dining table and chairs.

Other: Caleta de Fuste is a family friendly holiday resort, with plenty of activities for all age groups. For smaller children there are many playgrounds. There are many restaurants to choose from and many bars offer nightly entertainment.

10km, approx €15 taxi journey from the airport. 15 minute drive from the capital of Puerto del Rosario, where the Routundas shopping centre is located, great for shopping! Cars can be rented locally for approx €20 a day for those interested in exploring the island. For your convenience we can arrange airport pick ups and returns for all guests at reasonable charge, payable locally.

Distances
Centrally located in Caleta minutes walk to restaurants which include steakhouses, typical Spanish, Greek, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Indian, Mexican. All restaurants are child friendly. Nightly family entertainment is offered in the many bars and hotels in the area.

Further details
Drive 30 minutes to Corralejo to take the short ferry journey to Lanzarote for the day. Day trips can be booked locally to attractions such as a waterpark and zoo for great family days out. Bicycles, quad bikes, fishing equipment etc. can all be rented locally.

We had a fantastic time. Michelle was there to pick us up as soon as we came out of arrivals, got us to the apartment in no time and gave us all the information we needed. The apartment was lovely, clean, pleasant and had everything we needed, and the beds were so comfortable, what a change to find that when you are away from home. The apartment was ideally placed with just the privacy we wanted but with everything on hand. The weather was fantastic and it gave us just such a lovely break. We loved the lagoons which weren't there the last time we visited. Thank-you for letting us use your lovely apartment which we will hopefully be able to visit again. Best wishes for the new year. Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We had done a vast amount of research into properties for sale all over when we decided to buy a property abroad. We had been to numerous holiday destinations in Europe including Fuerteventura and Lanzarote. The reasons we chose to buy in Fuerteventura were simple, All Year Round sunshine, direct flights from Ireland and England and only a 4 hour flight. Caleta itself appealed so much to us as it had everything we wanted, beautiful beaches, a wide choice of restaurants, places to visit, shopping, plenty of activities for children and adults. Caleta is a family resort, and never feels overcrowded. It is a place that we will enjoy for many years!

Unique benefits of the property
The complex itself immediately appealed to us. It is constructed to a high standard, very well maintained and secure. It has plenty of room for children to enjoy themselves and the properties are not on top of one another. This particular apartment is very spacious and airy with plenty of private outdoor space. The sun shines on the terrace from early afternoon until sunset and is the perfect place to relax or prepare barbeques!
