This beautifully furnished 5 bedroom villa with partial air-conditioning, offers any family a real home from home luxury feel and is nestled into the prestigious Chayofa hills, just 10 minutes from Los Cristianos. On entering the villa, you will walk into a large reception hall and leading off to the left is the Lounge/dining area, with 2 comfortable sofas, coffee table, television, DVD and system with BBC1, BBC2, ITV and channel 4&5, CD and radio player. The lounge has double patio doors that lead out onto the terrace. Next to the lounge is a fully equipped kitchen, with coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, welsh dresser and stereo radio, with adequate seating for 10 people inside and outside on the terrace. Double patio doors also lead out to sun terrace where there is a built in BBQ. Located in the Bodega is a Sauna and Utility Room with automatic washing machine and dryer. The swimming pool is heated from October until May.

Changeover day
Arrival will be after 3.30 and departure will be by 11.30 unless agreed when the booking is made.

Accessibility
The property is suitable for persons in a wheelchair as there are two ground floor bedrooms and no steps or stairs. There is a bus stop outside on the main road which runs into Los Cristianos every 30 minutes
Outside
There is a built in bbq along with two tables and chairs for outside dining along with sun loungers. The private pool is heated between October and May.

Las Americas beach and Los Cristianos beach are approx 10 minutes drive away. All beaches are safe swimming and are sand.

Travel
Tenerife South airport is 15 minutes away by taxi. Car hire is recommended but not essential as taxis are readily available fro the country club reception and there is a bus stop located just outside on the main road.

Further details
There is an ATM near the country club reception and the nearest banks and money exchange outlets are in either Los Cristianos or Las Americas about 10 minutes drive. Americas plaza is about 10 minutes drive and has approx 30 restaurants ranging from Indian - Chinese - Italian - Mexican - American - local sea food - and local cuisine. The new siam water park is 5 minutes away by taxi or car and the Parque Las Aguilas nature reserve is also 5 minutes away. The summit of Teide is approx 1 hours drive. Day trips to Loro Park and most of the other local attractions can be booked at the country club reception. There is a small supermarket on site and number of larger supermarkets within a 5 minute drive.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit will be required at the time of booking.
All balances must be paid in full 14 days prior to travel.
A fully refundable deposit of £100.00 will be retained until 7 days after departure.

I and my family have been visiting Tenerife for the last 25 years. We previously owned apartments that have been used for family and friends but we always wanted our own pool and privacy but close to all of the amenities that Tenerife has to offer. We Own A Villa In Chayofa CC and it has ticked all of the boxes being very private but close enough to all of the places we have come to like from all of the holidays we have taken in Tenerife. We decided that we would like to share our villa with people who appreciate the finer things in life. In addition to the Villa we have decided to buy a frontline property again and Tenerife Royal Gardens fitted the bill as it close to the beach and is in a great location and excellent facilities.
