Equipped to a very high standard this semi detached villa on Chipmunk mountain has a spacious lounge and well equipped kitchen which are open plan. Extra sleeping capacity on the luxurious designer sofa in the lounge. Its position on the mountain side provides outstanding views yet the villa is close to the night life and entertainment in Caleta de fuste. Car hire is desirable although not essential. 15-20 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket, 30-35 minutes to the nearest beach.

Notes on accommodation
Wheelchair access is not possible from the front door as the villa is split level, although there is now a ramp and side entrance for wheelchair users which allows access to the pool and lower lounge kitchen and dining area. There is one step in the master bedroom.
Accessibility
Disabled people with assistance have been to the villa and enjoyed a holiday but be sure that they can cope with the 3 steps down into the living room and the area round the pool is paved with local stone and not completely even to walk on.
Outside
Heated pool 8 metres by 4 metres by 1.7-1m deep. Barbecue and its equipment. Table and 6 chairs. Six sunloungers on patio. Gardens around pool and rock patio have been carefully planted and are maturing nicely after several year's growth. Roof terrace.
Coast/Beach
Walking to nearest beach 30-35 minutes. Caleta good family beach. Fabulous beaches and sand dunes both north and south of the villa reachable by car in 20 to 45 minutes.
Golf
18 hole Fuerteventura golf course below house near the sea. 5 minutes drive by car. Beach, sea surf and water sports at Caleta de fuste.
Special interest holidays
Diving, golf and watersports groups can find everything they need in the surrounding area.
Travel
Fuerteventura airport 10 miles 15 minutes drive from villa.
Distances
Caleta town 30 minutes walk. Clubs, pubs, restaurants. Sports facilities, health spa, excursions, sea trips, diving, water sports at Caleta harbour.

Several hundred restaurants in Caleta ranging from fast food to high quality eating establishments.
