This is a well maintained large luxury villa in the Playa Blanca area. It has a private heated pool, large Jacuzzi, barbeque and an alfresco area where you can dine and enjoy a glass of wine. The villa also boasts a full badminton court with net, table tennis table and Games room with pool table and fusball table, The villa is ideal for large families, families holidaying with grand parents and even two families could share this villa with each having their own space and facilities. The games room can be used as a second lounge (own TV and DVD included), forth bedroom or all three, which ever would best suit your needs. The villa is ideally located near to friendly local shops, restaurants and bars. The coastal promenade is a 3 minute walk which passes the light house and can be followed into Playa Blanca town centre 20 mins walk where you will find many more shops, restaurants, tourist attractions and night life.

Notes on prices
Please note the rates shown are for 4 persons per week. Please add £50 per additional person per week up to a maximum of 8 in total. Children under 5 years go free. A cot, High chair and bed guard are also available on request.
We require a deposit of 50% to secure your booking. the balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. Please ask about discounts we have available for last minute bookings. Call for a price if your departure is within two weeks, and we have unfilled weeks.
Changeover day
The normal changeover day is on a Thursday but we will consider other days depending on the arrival and departure times and days.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a double bed with fitted wardrobes and dressing table. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 3 is a 2nd floor gallery bedroom with twin beds. Bedroom 4 is the games room/2nd lounge/4th bedroom with sofa bed. |
| Bathrooms: | The first bathroom next to bedroom 1 and 2 has a large shower, WC and basin which is mirrored and has a shaving point. The 2nd larger bathroom incudes bath/shower, WC, 1 basin with large mirror and ample storage underneath. |
| Kitchen: | Cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and kettle. Also a breakfast bar overlooking the lounge area. Side door leading to Alfresco dinning area. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine. Iron and ironing board. Clothes airer. |
| Living Rooms: | The main living room includes leather sofas, coffee table, TV with DVD and satellite freeview, Stereo system. |
| Other: | The games room/forth bedroom/second lounge can be arranged to suit your needs or the size of your party includes pool table, fusball table, TV, DVD and sofa bed. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are provided. We do not supply beach towels. The towels and linen are changed at the end of each week and if required we can also clean the villa. |

Notes on accommodation
All rooms have fans. We also provide cots, highchairs and bed guard. There is a hire service for anything else you might require.
Accessibility
Although everything is situated on one floor apart from the gallery bedroom unfortunately the toilets are not equipped for disabled persons.
Outside
Alfresco area with table and seating for 8 people. Private heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ, full size badminton court with net and table tennis table, Spacious patio area with comfortable sun loungers, outdoor table and chairs with sun umbrella, parking space to side of villa.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful coast is just a 3 minute walk away. Flamingo bay is the closest family beach approx 15 mins walk / 2 mins drive .Its white sands, sun loungers, umbrellas and child friendly breakwater construction allow activities such as swimming and snorkelling and is a holiday makers paradise. Papagayo beach is also a must see. Its approx 5-10 mins drive through its protected National Park, It boasts many sandy coves and all the water activities you could wish for.
Golf
The nearest 18 hole golf course is in Costa Tequise which is 30 minutes drive. There is a new one in Tias that has 18 holes open which is 20 minutes drive.
Travel
The only airport on the island is Arrecife which is situated in the capital. It is approximately 30mins drive to the villa and taxis are readily available. A 2 min drive / 15 min walk from the villa will take you to the port of Playa Blanca where you can catch the ferry to Fuerteventura. We would recommend you hire a car for convenience and to enjoy the sights further abroad but this is not essential for your stay.
Distances
There are various attractions in Lanzarote. The Fire Mountains of Timanfaya, The Cesar Manrique Museum, Mirador del Rio and many more. There is an information pamphlet in the villa with all the places that are of interest.
Further details
There are 2 minimarts practically on your doorstep plus pubs and restaurants. For larger supermarkets and shops, banks etc Playa Blanca town centre is only 2 minutes by car.
