The villa has 3 large bedrooms, the master bedroom with en-suite, two further large bedrooms and a single bedroom. Large family bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen and a full range of cooking equipment. The utility area within the villa has twin water heaters for ample hot water, drying area and washing machine. The large lounge has two settee's,(one is a sofa bed) coffee table and sideboard containing drinking glasses, TV with SKY package and DVD player. The conservatory overlooks a lawned garden and the golf course. There is a docking station for iPods, bookshelf and two seating areas with low table at one end and table and chairs for 6 at the other. The outside has a covered pergola to enjoy outside dining with wooden table and 8 chairs, two wooden sun loungers with pull-out sides for drinks. 6 additional sun loungers and totally secluded roof terrace. The garden is fully landscaped with tropical shrubs. Towels and linen are provided and the villa is cleaned on a weekly basis.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. £600(Low Peak) - £850(high peak) for a family of 4, plus £50 pr person thereafter. School holidays are High Peak prices. Discounts may be available for last minute bookings.
Christmas and New Year 2010 is now booked, as is 20th July - 31st August 2011.

Changeover day
Changeover can be flexible, as with arrival and departures, depending when the next guests are due to arrive or leave. Suitcases can be left at villa if you have a late departure home.

Bathrooms: The master bedroom en-suite is equipped with sink and cupboard storage, bath, toilet and shower.
Family bathroom has bath with glass screen and shower, basin set in marble with cupboard underneath and toilet.
Kitchen: Kitchen has a range of wall and floor cupboards, granite worktops, sink and drainer. There is a tall fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. Fully equipped with kettle, toaster,coffee maker, pots/pans, cutlery, plates etc.
Utility Room: Has fully automatic washing machine, work surface, drying area and twin water heaters.
Living Rooms: The large lounge has two settees, sideboard, flat screen TV with Sky package and DVD player coffee table, patio doors opening onto pool area.
Other: There is an additional room newly built off the lounge with 5 sets of doors leading into garden and overlooking golf course.
Bookshelf containing books, docking station, table and 4 chairs at one end and dining table with 6 chairs at the other.

Outside
The heated pool is 8 x 3.7m with Roman style steps to enter. There are two wooden sun loungers and 6 additional loungers.

Coast/Beach
The beach is approx 10 -15 mins flat walking, it is is a large sweeping bay and there is a newly made beach area ideal for young children as it is quite shallow, parasols are for hire.
Water activities include wind surfing and diving, pedalos. There is also a bar/restaurant you can walk out to along a boardwalk, the pedestrian walk ways are lined with palm trees.

Golf
Located on the golf course. There is a 5 star hotel in the complex where you can enjoy a drink or meal overlooking driving range area.

Windsurfing, diving, horse riding, golfing

Travel
10 - 15 mins drive from Fuerteventura airport either by taxi or car rental. Transfers to and from airport can be arranged. Car hire is not necessary as everything is within walking distance.

Distances
The nearest town is Caleta which is a 15 mins walk or a taxi ride. There are many shops and restaurants in this area. If you have hired a car there are many places to visit around the island and a water park at the top of the island on Corralejo. The capitol of the island Puerto del Rosario has a large shopping mall, also go carting track. Both of these areas can also be reached by bus situated at the Atlantico centre on the main road by the entrance to the golf complex.

Further details
Travel along the coast road passing the sand dunes blown here from the Sahara Desert. It is famous for its windsurfing.
The interior has dark rocks and vivid colours from its volcanic origin. Caleta de Fuste itself is an up-and-coming resort, the golden beach sweeps round to an 18th century fortified round tower next to a small harbour which has become part of the beach complex with bars, restaurants and watersports.
Opposite the golf complex there is the Atlantico shopping centre comprising of supermarket, shops, bank and bowling.
Walk through the centre downstairs and you are on the palm tree lined promenade with a large sheltered beach, this is within easy walking distance.
