The property consists of 3 bedrooms each with a double bed and mirrored wardrobes. All bedrooms have their own allocated shower room, the master bedroom also has it’s own en-suite, lounge area with plasma television, DVD Player and balcony. Changeover day
Changeover day is normally Friday but other days may be considered. Arrival time is generally 4pm and departures by 11am.

Notes on accommodation
The swimming pool is 1.5m depth with no shallow end. Not suitable for children. Please note that by agreeing to book our Villa you have also agreed that you will have your own holiday insurance in place and that we will not be held responsible or liable for any accident which occurs within the rented space, ie villa, garden, reception area or pool area for you or your party.

Booking notes
Advance bookings will be required to pay £200 deposit at time of booking, 50% of balance 8 weeks before arrival and final balance 2 weeks before arrival. Last minute booking payments to be arranged at time of confirmation.

Our villa is new to the rental market. We have an English lady in Tenerife who manages the property and is happy to arrange airport collection/car hires/tours/welcome packs/additional cleaning and to deal with any emergencies.
