There is a small beach 5 minutes away. About 10 minutes walk away is Playa De La Arena beach. This is a large clean patrolled beach. Surfing is to the right of the beach.

Tenerife boasts 7 superb golf courses. The nearest being Abama Golf Club, 20 minutes away.
Special interest holidays
The area is good for boat trips from the nearby marina.Trips include tuna fishing and whale and dolphin sightseeing. There are some good recognised mountain walks. There are 4 tennis courts within easy reach.
Travel
A car is not essential airport transfers can easily be arranged. Tenerife South airport is 35 minutes away.
Distances
The apartment is a few minutes walk down the hill from Puerto Santiago village and 10 minutes walk from Playa De La Arena and Los Gigantes village.
Further details
There are 3 supermarkets nearby. The banks and the Post Office are 2 minutes away. Puerto Santiago has a good selection of bars and some excellent inexpensive restaurants. The marina at Los Gigantes is lined with shops bars and restaurants.
