The apartment is situated in a peaceful location called El Veril which lies between Playa del Ingles and San Agustin and is about 30 minutes drive from the airport. Superb view of the sea and beach from the balcony as there are no properties between the apartment and the beach. There is a small supermarket adjacent. The apartment is within walking distance of the famous Playa del Ingles (English beach) where a number of water sports are available. It is also within walking distance of the shops, restaurants and, for those who prefer an active night life, a multitude of clubs and bars in the Kasba. There are a number of car hire firms close by for those looking to rent a car.

Changeover day
You should vacate by 12 noon unless we have advised you that there are no guests arriving in which case you may remain in the apartment until your scheduled flight time.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom with 2single beds and fitted wardrobe. In the living room there is a sofa which converts into two full size single beds. A cot can be provided if we are notified at the time of booking. |
| Bathrooms: | Shower cubicle, WC, bidet and washing machine. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen comprises a cooker with one electric hob and three gas hobs, oven and fridge/freezer. |
| Living Rooms: | Good size living room with dining area, TV, sofa bed and two arm chairs. |
| Other: | There is a balcony which runs the whole length of the living room and overlooks the garden, pool and has superb sea views. There is a small table and 4 chairs from which you can eat your meals. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The apartment is cleaned each Wednesday between 10am and 12 noon. Bed linen and towels are provided which will be changed each Wednesday but if they need cleaning the washing machine should be used. There is a clothes horse in the balcony cupboard. |

Accessibility
The apartment is not accessible for those with wheelchairs.
Outside
Large private garden with chairs/recliners in a lockable cupboard in the car port. Guests are requested not to leave these out overnight. A gate leads directly from the garden to the Promenade. This should be locked at all times for security purposes. The pool measures 8x4m is 1.15m in the shallow end and 2m in the deep end. There is separate access by steps to the shallow end and the deep end. There is a shower next to the pool which guests are requested to use before entering and after exiting the pool.
Coast/Beach
There is a pebbled beach directly in front of the apartment. There is also a small beach less than 2 minutes walk away called La Calita-one of the photos is of this beach. There is a much larger beach at San Agustin which is 15 minutes walk. The famous Playa del Ingles is a pleasant 30 minutes walk along the promenade, and the Dunes at Mas Palomas is just a bit further. We would recommend a taxi if you want to explore the Dunes.
Golf
The world famous Maspalomas Golf course is only 10 minutes by car. For the more adventurous, there is also a golf course adjacent to the Bandama volcano. Information about booking can be provided on request.
Skiing
Unfortunately there is very rarely snow in Gran Canaria!
Travel
Las Palmas Airport (LPA) is about 30 minutes away by car. If you are hiring a car you may get better rates if you book in advance. A car can be hired at the airport or near the apartment. If you are not hiring a car, a taxi to the apartment is recommended which will cost 30-40 euros. Taxis are very cheap. Car hire is not essential unless you want to explore the mountains in the north. There is a good bus service from the flat to Las Palmas or to the south which leaves from just behind the flat.
Distances
Las Palmas is approximately 45 minutes by bus. The Italian Port of Mogan and the beach at Puerto Rico, both of which are worth a visit, are appox 40 and 50 minutes away by bus. Playa Del Ingles, San Agustin and Maspalomas where the beaches and night-life can be found are all within walking distance and only 5 minutes away by taxi. Excursions can be booked at the Beverley Park Hotel reception behind the apartment.
Further details
You will find a good selection of restaurants only 5 minutes from the apartment which all have great views of the sea. There is an excellent restaurant in the hotel behind the apartment called the Beverley Park but you are advised to check availability in advance, at least for dinner. There are numerous restaurants for all tastes in San Agustin, Playa Del Ingles and the Kasba. If you want dining with a difference, we would recommend a little known restaurant in a cave at Guadeyeque but you will need a taxi or a hire-car to get there. If you go for lunch, make sure you visit the little church nearby which is also in a cave!
Booking notes
Bookings should be made by telephone only. A deposit of £50 will be required by cheque, within 7 days of booking unless you are travelling within one month of booking in which case the whole of the rental will be required. The deposit is non-refundable but you can make a provisional booking for seven days with no obligation to enable you to book your flights. If you confirm your booking within that seven day period, the deposit is then payable. The balance is required one month before departure.
