Casa de Luz is a luxury villa sleeping 6(plus infant). The villa is fitted to a high standard, with marble floors throughout, no expense has been spared to create a welcoming and comfortable base from which to enjoy a great holiday. The villas location provides panoramic sea-views from its large roof terrace, across to Fuerteventura. The roof terrace is the ideal location from which to enjoy a long drink and watch the sunset. The villa has spacious terraces with a choice of covered dining areas and ample outdoor seating, adjacent to the private heated pool. The large built in BBQ provides a great opportunity for dining al-fresco on the sunny south facing terrace - the pool remains in direct sunlight all day. The villa has a large well planted garden and enjoys views, past the lighthouse, towards the islands of Los Lobos and Fuerteventura. Notes on prices
Prices are based on two people sharing. Please add a further £50 per additional person upto a maximum of six people (plus infant). Children under two are free.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Arrive after 2pm and depart by 10am unless prior agreement.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: Master Bedroom with king-size wrought iron bed, large fitted wardrobes, dressing area, door to roof terrace.
Two further bedrooms both with twin beds and large fitted wardrobes, all overlook pool and garden.
Insect screens fitted to all bedroom windows.
Bathrooms: En suite bathroom to master bed with large vanity unit, toilet, bidet, bath, large separate shower.
Second family bathroom, on ground floor,with large vanity unit, toilet, bath with shower unit over.
Kitchen: Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with good quality crockery/glassware etc, electric oven, full hob with extractor fan, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, sink, dishwasher, ample storage.
Utility Room: Automatic front load washer, ironing board, iron, broom etc
Living Rooms: Comfortable lounge enjoying far-reaching views. Two sofas, reclining chair, side tables, TV with Sky. DVD player, CD player. Double doors opening onto south facing terrace.
Other: Enclosed covered dining area - off kitchen - with very large table and comfortable seating. Facilitates al-fresco dining all year round.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen included, both changed weekly. Pool cleaned weekly. Beach Towels are NOT provided.

Outside
Large south facing terraces with awnings for addition shade when needed, heated pool set to maintain a temperature around 28c, large well planted garden which is completely walled creating an enclosed space for young children. Ample outdoor seating and loungers. Large built in barbeque.

Coast/Beach
Rugged coastline and paved coastal path 2 mins walk. It is possible to walk into Playa Blanca along the coastal path, which is paved and suitable for pushchairs, a slow walk takes about 45 mins. It offers plenty of opportunity to stop for refreshment and the views can make the walk take alot longer!
Nearest beach 5 mins drive, famous Papagayo beaches 10 mins.
Playa Blanca has a number of small cove like beaches within the resort area which are ideal for children.

Golf
Golf 40 mins drive.

Special interest holidays
Scuba Diving centre 5 minute drive.

Travel
Arrecife Airport 30 mins. Car hire recommended for easy access to main resort and supermarkets. Local car hire charges are reasonable.

Distances
Centre of Playa Blanca 3km or 5 min drive.

Further details
Playa Blanca is a relaxed family resort and now has a new multi million pound marina. There is relaxed traffic free shopping in the pedestrianised high street, behind the sea front restaurants. There is a small range of local shops and restaurants within 2 mins walk of the villa. There is a choice of supermarkets within the main resort.

Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking with the remaining 75% becoming due 6 weeks prior to the holiday commencing. Booking Restrictions:- No stag/hen party groups. No smoking inside the villa - although ample outdoor covered areas are available.
