The apartment is approx 20 meters from the best golden beach in Fuerteventura, where the well known, safe, salt water lagoons are situated. It is about 10 minutes flat walk from the old fishing village of El Cotillo, where you can find many excellent restaurants and friendly bars including the best fish restaurants on the island. To the other side of the village, the south, is a beach very popular for surfing, wind surfing and para-surfing. There is a convenient hire shop for surf boards and cycles, two banks with cash machines and several small supermarkets to obtain all the supplies that you will need. For more nightlife and shops, corralejo is a 20 minute drive away or an hourly bus ride away. The apartment is on two floors (duplex) with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs and the living room kitchen and utility rooms downstairs, with a patio having a sea/beach view. it is the perfect place for a relaxing, 'chilled out' break.
