Notes on prices
All guests will enjoy sole and exclusive use of the entire villa site. Prices above are for up to 4 people in the Courtyard Apartment and exclude Christmas, New Year and February Half Term. Do please contact us for rates for Main Villa and or bespoke rates for larger numbers. Please note bedroom configuration below (Main House sleeps up to 8, Apartment sleeps up to 4). Please contact us for joint Villa & Apartment use. All guests should have their own holiday insurance.
Changeover day
We are flexible & there is no fixed change over day. Morning or evening arrival can be accommodated. Villa is an easy 10 min drive from airport. Assuming no immediately following guests you may stay in the villa until you depart for the airport.

Notes on accommodation
All guests, whether using the Main Villa only or the Courtyard Apartment only, will have sole occupancy of the villa site. Villa is ideal for 2 families of 4/5 persons each. All main bedrooms are air-conditioned. There are also portable electric heaters. Apartment has own private access doors & air conditioning in the main living area both hot & cold. There are 3 separate hot water tanks so there is always plenty of hot water. Cots/high chairs can be provided. Selection of books CD's, DVD & videos available. Quality hi-fi system. The property has an English born local manager with fluent Spanish who is resident on Lanzarote and who will meet & greet guests and who is available on call for any issues. Pool terrace and pool area has 2 accesses one of which involves only 2 small steps. Swimming pool has easy entry Roman End - ideal for small children or those with mobility issues. Pool benefits from both solar panel & electric heat pump heating, so is usable and warm at all times.
Accessibility
The self contained Courtyard Apartment (with own private access), sleeps 4 is one level throughout with 1 step upwards for access. The heated swimming pool can be easily reached by wheelchair users from the Appt and features a Roman End allowing a gradual entry down gentle steps into the water with support from the pool sides. On site car parking is immediately adjacent to the entrance.
Outside
Whilst the inside of Villa Elephante Blanco offers a tremendous feeling of relaxtion, its the outside areas of the villa that are its greatest assets. No high white brick walls obstrucing the views! All walling has been designed to afford wind protection if needed but with a wonderful feeling of space. Detached private safe & secure location with large double gates on entry. Entry-phone system. No neighbours. No traffic. No noise. South facing sun terraces with adjacent designer seating. Large gardens with a range of plants & shrubs. Many separate shaded terraces with tables/chairs and views in all directions with additional seating's for outside dining. Outside toilet & shower. Canarian style round roofed wood burning country oven. Moroccan style traditional charcoal or wood burning barbecue overlooks the swimming pool with adjacent outside sink, seatings & table. Private & secluded heated pool is heated to to 25+ degrees. Location ensures total privacy security & seclusion.
Coast/Beach
10 minute drive to Puerto Del Carmen (PDC) for tourist sandy beaches. 6 minute drive to PDC Old Town and other beaches / rocky inlets. 15 minute drive to expansive Matagorda extensive sandy beaches. 25 minute drive to Playa Blanca / Papagayo and more sandy beaches. There are naturist beaches in many locations around the island.
Golf
There are two 18 hole golf courses on Lanzarote. One is 5 mins drive between Tias & Puerto Del Carmen - the other in Costa Teguise. Clubs and equipment may be hired locally.
Special interest holidays
By private arrangement we can offer; Horse riding, yoga and massage therapies. Cycle hire & arranged cycle excursions. Local area is magnificent for walkers. Sub aqua/scuba diving. Elephante Blanco is perfect for artists painters and photographers. The sunsets are often magnificent and Lanzarote benefits from unique light conditions. There are many beaches on Lanzarote used by naturists. Entire Villa site and garden is naturist friendly.
Travel
Arrecife Airport is 10 minutes drive. Taxis are always available at airport to meet flights. Car hire suggested but not essential and can be arranged if required, on your behalf with local companies.
Distances
Nearest 2 Supermarkets and restaurants are 4 mins drive. They are also walkable. 5 minutes drive to Tias. 10 minutes drive to Puerto Del Carmen and Puerto Calero Marina.
Further details
There are banks, pharmacies and a full range of shops & newsagents (with English/foreign newspapers) 5 minutes drive away in Tias.
Booking notes
50% deposit payable on reservation to secure booking. Balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings can only be secured via the owner. Receipt of deposit constitutes a confirmed booking. A security deposit may be also be required. Welcome pack (payable locally) can be arranged including locally sourced foods. Please ensure you have your own and adequate travel insurance.
