Parque Santiago II is one of the most prestigious complexes in Tenerife. This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is centrally located between Las Americas and Los Cristianos and is ideally situated close to all amenities. The apartment is fully equipped and has a living/dining room, kitchen, galleried landing and 2 double bedrooms one with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds, there is also a double bed settee in the lounge, it also benefits from a beautiful bathroom with 2 showers and all other required amenities. This lovely apartment is located in a quiet position within the complex and benefits from a private patio and separate balcony which overlook the pool and gardens. The complex has a poolside snack bar serving meals and drinks from 8am - 8pm and there is also a small supermarket on site.

Changeover day
Flexible change over days. Earliest Access 13.00pm and MUST depart 10.00am latest. There is a flight centre on site where arrangements to leave suitcases etc and have showers etc can be arranged.

Bathrooms: Fully tiled bathroom with bath and separate stand-in shower. Toilet and vanity unit. There is a full mirrored wall.
Kitchen: Cooker, Microwave, Washing Machine, Fridge Freezer, Toaster, Iron and ironing board. Fully fitted with quality cupboards and units.
Utility Room: Hanging space for clothes and fully tiled downstairs toilet with wash basin.
Living Rooms: Lounge dining room with table and chairs. Three seater sofa (Double sofa bed), two seater sofa, fully equipped bookshelf, coffee tables, cable TV and video and understairs cupboard which houses a safety deposit box.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Price includes linen and towels (not beach towels) and a weekly change /clean. Safety deposit box and the use of all private sun loungers and patio furniture.

Accommodation ideal for couples and families. Children can be seen at all times as the apartments private balcony and patio overlook the gardens and the pool area. Cots can be provided by arrangement. Ceiling fans are installed in bedrooms.

Accessibility
Wheelchair access in the complex is excellent as all areas can be reached via ramps. The apartment is easily accessible as it is on ground level but please note the bedrooms are located upstairs. Disabled persons must be prepared to sleep downstairs on the sofa bed.

Outside
Balcony and private patio both equipped with quality furniture overlooking the picturesque gardens and swimming pool. For those who love sun worshipping - this is the place to be.

Coast/Beach
There are a choice of beaches within easy reach. The beautiful golden sands at Los Cristianos is a short flat coastal walk of 5 minutes. Del Duque is 20 mins walk with its white sands and beautiful scenery. Parque Santiago II is a particular favorite with beach lovers as it is on the seafront and is good for the elderly or families who prefer to be on flat ground.

Golf
6 Local golf courses are all within 15/20 minutes from the complex. Tenerife is a very popular location for golf and will not fail to impress either the novice or professional.

Travel
15 minutes from Reina Sofia airport (Tenerife South - TFS.)

Distances
2 minutes to all local amenities with lots of places of interest/activities within 20 mins maximum.

Contact owner - see details below - a deposit of £100 per week is required to secure booking. (A further £50 is required which is refunded back to you on departure providing safe return of keys and no damages/breakages reported in the apartment). Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
This is a very busy apartment because of the superb location and standards. Please check availability and book early to avoid dissapointment.
