Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds and are for 1-4 people sharing additional persons £50.00 each per week. A breakage deposit of 100.00 Euros will be required on arrival to the villa and returned upon inspection. No charge for children under the age of 3. Cot and high chair rental available on request at additional charge. 10% discount for any bookings made within 7 days of departure.
Changeover day
Is flexible. Departure before 10 am on day of departure. Arrivals after 3pm, although you may be able to have earlier access, this will be confirmed with you by our Property Manager on arrival.

Coast/Beach
The beautiful fine sandy beach of Castillo is only a 20 min walk from the villa. There are a variety of water sports available such as jet skis, pedalos, kayaks, wind surfing, diving, snorkeling, fishing trips and catamaran rides. It is a 40 minute drive to the famous sand dunes of Corralejo and its breathtaking beaches.
Golf
The villa is situated on Fuerteventura Golf Club, an 18 hole championship course with fabulous fairways lined by palm trees. The course is a par 70 extending to 6120 metres from the championship tees from the clubhouse down towards the sea. The villa is located 5 minutes from the clubhouse and first tee.
Travel
The airport is only 15 minutes/8 kms from the villa approx 15 Euros in a taxi; car hire is also available and highly recommended to discover the beautiful island of Fuerteventura. The capital Puerto Del Rosario is only 12 kms from the villa with a fantastic shopping centre, Las Rotondos.
Distances
Caleta de Fuste beach and port/marina is 2 kms with lots of great restaurants, bars and water sports. Airport 8kms. 15 minutes by car to Puerto Del Rosario, Fuerteventura’s capital. Morrojable in the south with magnificent views and beaches on the southern tip is 98kms.
Further details
Hire Car: Please search the internet “Fuerteventura airport car hire” for various options. Although we cannot arrange the hire car for you due to regulations/ requirements, we will be delighted to help where we can. Atlantico shopping centre only 20 mins walk, open 7 days a week from 09.00 until 21.30 including the Sol Bank. Lots of shops, large supermarket and restaurants. The island is perfect for water sports and big game fishing. There are several horse riding centres nearby. Camel rides. excursions and much more available on the beach itself. Lanzarote is 40 minutes by ferry from Corralejo.
Booking notes
Bookings will only be held for 1 week prior to deposit. Deposit of 100.00 pound is required with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Upon receipt of your deposit a confirmation of your booking will be sent by email. When the balance has been received, our Property Manager will send your final confirmation with meeting arrangements and directions to the villa.
