Situated in the old town within close walking distance of shops, restaurants, beach and harbour. Also close to new golf course.

Changeover day
Changeover day is normally Thursday, but we are quite flexible if other days are required. Would all guests please ensure that the apartment is vacated by 10 am on day of departure.

Living Rooms: Lounge and dining area, with breakfast bar, two sofas, satellite TV (32 inch flat screen), also sky box (but you will have to take your own sky card, DVD player, stereo with CD player. French doors leading onto patio.

Notes on accommodation
No unaccompanied teenagers. Put-u-up beds are available on request at an extra charge. Travel cot in apartment. Ideal for couples and families. A safety deposit box is also available.

Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchairs.

Outside
Private garden and patio with table, chairs and sunbeds for use around the pool area. A small private solar heated pool with shower and sunbathing area. Car parking just outside the apartment gate.

Coast/Beach
Within 10 minutes walking distance to local beach and 15 minute walk to the main tourist beach. Where there are pedaloes, sun beds and parasols to rent.

Golf
New 18 Hole golf course about 5 mins in car/taxi from apartment, clubs and buggies can be hired there.

Travel
The airport is at Arrecife which is a 10 minute taxi drive to the Rey Carlos Apartments. Car hire not essential as buses and taxis are not expensive. If you wish to hire a car to tour the beautiful island, there are plenty of car hire places nearby.

Distances
Old Town of Puerto del Carmen approx 10 minutes walk. Excellent cliff top walk to Puerto Calero marina, with bars and restaurants to sit and relax and watch the boats sail by. New walkway and cycle path complete length of the resort coastline.

Further details
There are several snorkeling and scuba diving centres in the harbour area. If you prefer a more personal private dive we can recommend a very good instructor,details will be given on booking. Also jet skis, banana boat, speed boat, fishing, close to the old town beach. Great surfing at Famara.

Booking notes
Bookings can be made by telephone or e-mail. Upon booking the apartment, a non-refundable deposit of £25 per person is required. The balance is then payable in full, 6 weeks prior to departure, at which time we will send you all the information required for a great holiday.
