Situated on an exclusive development, La Goleta also has a large communal pool for use by all guests.

Prices shown are for the property per week in UK pounds.
Prices are based on 2 people sharing the villa for 1 week. Please add £25 per additional person per week up to a maximum of 5 people. Discounts will be considered for stays over 2 weeks, long winter lets and last minute bookings. Please ask for details.
Changeover day
Flexible changeover day. The villa will be available from 2pm and you will need to vacate the villa by 10am on you departure date. However if there is n oone in the villa before or after you are welcome to arrive and depart at times to suit your flights.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed and patio doors opening out onto the pool and terrace area. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Both bedrooms have large teak fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets. There are shutters with mosquitoe nets on the patio doors and windows. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath/shower over, sink and toilet. Bathroom 2 with walk in shower, sink and WC. Both bathrooms have fitted cupboards and large marble framed mirrors. A safe is also provided. Hairdryer supplied. |
| Kitchen: | Cooker/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and sandwich toaster. Crockery, cutlery and glasses for up to 6 people. |
| Utility Room: | Washing Machine, Clothes Dryer, Ironing Board and Iron. There is also an assortment of inflatable toys for use in the pool. |
| Living Rooms: | Large open plan lounge with vaulted ceiling and French doors that open out onto the terrace. 2 cream leather sofas. CD, sat.TV with English channels, DVD and Video. Large selection of DVDs/videos, CDs, books and games. Hi-fi and I Pod docking station. |
| Other: | Alfresco eating area with large marble table and seating to accommodate up to 6 people. There is also a BBQ in this area. From here you can enjoy the stunning panoramic coastal/sea views. There is a highchair, travel cot and baby bath for your use. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bath towels and linen are included. The villa is cleaned prior to arrival of guests. Guests staying 1 week a towel change will be made. Guests staying 2 weeks a towel & linen change will be made. Pool towels are not included. Twice weekly pool cleaning. |

Notes on accommodation
Suitable for couples and families alike. No pets allowed. This is a non smoking viila. There is a comprehensive information pack and travel books at the villa.
Accessibility
This villa is all on one level and would be quite accessible for wheelchair users.
Outside
There is a large sun terrace that extends across the rear of the the property which incorporates the electrically heated ‘Roman’ style swimming pool. The pool measures approximately 8m x 4m. There are also 4 luxury sun loungers for your use. There is an additional hard wood patio table and four chairs outside the French doors. We have also recently had fitted a retractable vertical awning to this area. The villa is surrounded by black volcanic pecon stones and mature gardens.
This villa boasts stunning coastal views across to Fuerteventura.
These views can be enjoyed from any aspect of the villa.
This is only possible if you are on the frontline of the urbanisation as we are.
Coast/Beach
15 minutes walk to the coast/lighthouse where there is a promenade which provides breathtaking views. 5 minutes drive to the nearest beach (Playa Flamingo) and 15 minutes drive to Papagayo beach considered to be the best on the island.
Golf
There are 2 golf courses in Lanzarote, 1 in Tias and 1 in Costa Teguise.
Travel
Arrecife airport is 30 mins by car. Car hire is advisable. We are able to arrange airport transfers at an additional cost if required. Taxis are very cheap in Lanzarote. It costs approximately 4 euros to go from the centre of Playa Blanca to the villa. There is a good bus service that runs regularly from near to the villa. It will take you all around Playa Blanca, including the beaches and the marina. It costs under 2 Euros.
Distances
15 mins walk (approx) to a small supermarket, a bakery, and a few restauranrs/bars. 30 mins walk (approx) to "El Argetino" Grill restaurant "La Campana" Pizzaria & "Mirador Los Lobos" Fish & Seafood restaurant. 5 mins drive to Playa Blanca which has numerous restaurants / bars and shops / supermarkets.
Playa Blanca also has a harbour where daily ferries depart to Fuerteventura.
Further details
There is a brand new marina at Puerto Rubicon which is a 10 min drive from the villa. There is a fantastic atmosphere here with a number of exclusive shops and restaurants. You can also just relax with your favourite drink and watch the sun go down.
Booking notes
To make an enquiry please either telephone or e mail. We require a non refundable deposit of 20% to secure your booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. A £100 refundable damage bond is required in addition to the rental cost.
