Exceptional villa with private solar-heated swimming pool (24ft x 12ft), south facing terrace and sea views to the island of Fuerteventura. Villa Carol is situated in the exclusive area of Las Coloradas; approximately 2 miles form the charming village of Playa Blanca. Just a short walk or drive away, are the unspoilt beaches and coves of Papagayo as well as the new Rubicon Marina. Already 15 weeks repeat bookings for 2009.

Accessibility
Villa Carol is accessed by a turned staircase with 16 steps, thus giving the elevated position.
Outside
Villa Carol is built on a plot of approx. 400 sq. mtrs. In a south facing elevated position at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. There is a 24ft x 12ft solar-heated swimming pool with outside shower, table and chairs, sunbeds with cushions and covered pergola. Stunning views to the island of Fuerteventura.
Coast/Beach
Playa Blanca has numerous attractive beaches suitable for all the family. The unspoilt beaches of Papagayo are only a 10 minute walk away. The picturesque village of Playa Blanca is 2 miles away with entertainment based mainly around restaurants, bars and hotels.
Golf
There are now two golf courses in Lanzarote. Tias approximately 20 minutes drive away and Costa Teguise approximately 40 minutes drive.
Travel
Arrecife airport is approximately 30 minutes drive away. Car hire is recommended to explore this captivating island. A frequent bus service now operates from Las Caloradas to Faro Park.

Playa Blanca is conveniently situated for some of Lanzarote's main tourist attractions: - Papagayo beaches, Timanfaya National Park (Fire Mountain), Ferry to Fuerteventura, (a half hour sail), the new Rubicon Marina and much more...
A guidebook is available in the villa detailing these places of interest. A beautiful promenade stretches from Las Coloradas to the lighthouse at Pechiguera approximately 4 miles! From Villa Carol you will find a mini-market - 5 minutes walk, supermarket - 15 minutes walk, restaurant - 5 minutes walk, hotel - 5 minutes walk.
Booking notes
To secure a booking a deposit of £100 per week is required. The balance is due 8 weeks before departure. The villa is available from 4pm on day of arrival, athough every effort is made to have it ready before this time. Departure time is 10am.

Hi There, Just wanted to say what a wonderful time we had at your villa last week. It was the 6th villa we have rented in Playa Blanca and we all agreed it was by far the best. The lovely terrace was very big and open, with great views over to Fuerteventura. The terrace catches refreshing breezes and also provides all important shade - something many other villas don't.
