Casa Helena is a spacious villa, situated in the exclusive development of Las Coloradas. The pretty fishing village of Playa Blanca, with its shops, restaurants and beaches is a few minutes drive away. The villa is situated in a quiet location with beautiful landscaped gardens. It is furnished to a high standard and has a brand new 7.5 x 3.5m pool with terraces. The famous Papagayo beaches and National Park are within walking distance as are some local shops including supermarkets. The new Rubicon Yacht Marina is a short distance away.

Changeover day
We are very flexible about the changeover day

The property is available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival. We would ask guests to vacate the villa by 10.00am on the day of departure

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has 2 extra large single beds, fitted wardrobes and ample drawer space. There is an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has 2 extra large single beds and fitted wardrobes. The beds may be joined together.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath/shower over, toilet, bidet and twin basins set in marble. Main bathroom with bath/shower over, toilet, bidet and basin set in marble.
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with black granite worktops and plenty of cupboard space. New oven with electric hob and extractor fan, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Utility Room: Utility room has an automatic washing machine, drying area with washing line, clothes airer and iron/ironing board.
Living Rooms: The living area is a bright open plan room. The lounge area has a 3 seater settee and 2 comfortable chairs. There is a TV, DVD and CD player. The dining area has tables with matching chairs.
Other: The villa also has an inner court-yard with furniture. The court-yard is completely private and can be used for dining or relaxing.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. Please bring your own beach towels.

Outside
The villa is situated on a large plot and is not over-looked. The garden has been professionally landscaped with beautiful tropical plants. The new pool is approx. 7.5 x 3.5 with gentle roman end walk down steps. The pool is surrounded by terraces with comfortable garden furniture.

Coast/Beach
The famous golden sandy beaches of Papagayo are within ten minutes walking distance. They can also be accessed by car through the National Park. Playa Blanca is a five minute drive and has 3 safe family beaches.

Travel
The villa is about 30 minutes drive from Arrecife airport. Car hire is recommended and is relatively inexpensive.

Distances
Playa Blanca is a five minute drive and has a wealth of shops, bars and restaurants. The newly built Rubicon Marina with a small number of exclusive shops and cafes is about a mile away and can be reached by foot or car.
Lanzarote is a small island with good roads and all the main attractions, including the Timanfaya National Park are easily accessible by car.

Further details
Las Coloradas has a newly built village centre with its own shops and restaurants. There are supermarkets and banking facilities within walking distance. There are also a small number of hotels where there is evening entertainment provided. The area benefits from a 24 hour security service. A meet and greet service is offered for our guests, provided by a resident English couple.

Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required at the time of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks before departure.
